Got disappointed at first due to no alert of transaction and some other stuff but, in the end, satisfied with their support.
They don't send transaction emails, no alerts, nothing and keeps charging you even after they have suspended your subscription

Estibot is a scam. I tried this website thinking they were a reputable company and that they offered a good service, boy was I wrong. This website does the same thing as any other "Free" Appraisal website. I called six times, Sent 2 emails to support to close my account and prevent future Billings and received absolutely nothing. They then proceeded to charge me the next month as if I never made an effort to close my account. Terrible Service, Terrible business, and Terrible People. Stay away from Estibot. SCUM at its absolute finest on the internet. If i could could give 0 stars i would.
I tried the service, but the platform did not perform well at all. The estimates are not accurate either. Additionally, I had the service for less than 24 hours. After reviewing and using the service, I found that it was not adequate. I requested a refund with having used it for less than 24 hours, but they refused and then called me a liar about how I used their service. I love being called a liar... not so much. Terrible website. Terrible customer service. Just stay away and use a free forum, such as NamePro.
I purchased multiple domains just before Christmas 2015 based on the estibot.com estimate. All had estimated values in the $3600 to $3700 range. I checked them again in the first week of Jan 2016. And all of them now showed a value of $0 to $20. I understand there will be fluctuations but this much is unacceptable. Looks like a scam to me.
I never get tired of using this website. It offers free and instant comprehensive domain name appraisals. The best part is that the appraisals are pretty accurate and if you are shopping or selling for domain names on ebay, this is the best site to use.
