ESPN + Streaming
June 4, 2023

ESPN + app sucks. Why not just use 1 of the 8 channels to put the most important content on. Constantly blurry, doesn't load, blacks out At commercials so you have to reload. This just takes the cake, especially after all the woke BS you have to go through during normal programming. Not to mention putting two "analysts" on their programming to watch them $#*! at each other is killing what used to be great a great product. ESPN wonders why their viewership is declining. The only thing keeping them relevant are the games themselves. That's the only time I ever watch their crap stations.

Fire Her!
September 20, 2017

Jemele Hill needs to go. What a racial slur! I'm white and there is not a white supremacist bone in my body. Many of my closest friends over many years and my wife are minorities. I will boycott ESPN until she sincerely apologizes or is fired! I grew up 60 years ago when there was real racial inequality and prejudice. We just had a black president for 8 years. Hello! Give it up! Too much! Whine to yourself but not on TV.

Too much going on.
April 13, 2015

Too much going on. I understand you have to cater to your demographic, but this is way too much like the rest of social media. Why don't you just stick to sports? No movie info, no Hollywood info, no weather or tragic news info. Just sports. Thank you for a few good years but I will be moving on. Maybe Fox Sports can do what you used to... report sports.

Watch half of a game
January 31, 2023

Try watch a whole game if you're the second college basketball game. They run over and you're out of luck, they say the game is on the app but it was not. I am a fan of University of Kentucky and tired of this crap. I will listen to the radio. ESPN has a monopoly on college sports and we as fans are paying the price. I would like to watch a game from start to finish.

They will show good name player on Thursday and Friday but on the weekends they don't show the leaders in the tournament! It makes no sense showing players that are not in the leaders positions. The top 1-3 leader groups is who should be shown.

To much Cowboys talk
January 11, 2023

Look I turn on espn every Monday Morning to two Guys talking about the Cowboys for way to long. Its not 1970 when the Cowboys where Americas. No longer is that the case. I live in a metropolitan area of 3 million and as far as I know not a soul likes the Cowboys it's not 1960. No one like the Packers or Tom Brady. Pointless for most of America to watch ESPN. Might as well call it the Cowboys, Brady,Rogers channel. Get over it at least FX sports talks about the reality of whats going on in the NFL.

This is probably one of the sites I visit most and has pretty much everything you could ever want to know in the sports scene. They also have a mobile version of espn and that is probably what I use more often than the site.

ESPN commentators are all "color" and very little substance. It's like, "Did you ever see [a player from 30 years ago] in college? Wow! What an experience. Like seeing the whales at Sea World." It's exhausting, borrrring, and who cares? Just call the game. We just have to mute them every game.

I don't have a TV
April 15, 2011

I don't have a TV. For the most part, it's a good thing. I have more time or work, read, go outside, see people, and watch movies. However, one of the things I do miss from time to time is watching sports. But, thanks to espn.com, I can still watch sports online. And the best part is it's generally cut up into small bits and free. I watched Tiger Woods play a few holes at the 4th round of the Masters and Rafael Nadal win a final set of a tournament on clay. ESPN has done well. American cable companies should be concerned.

ESPN.com – Just like what the slogan says, they are the worldwide leader in sports. They pretty much cover everything. They have good to great articles that you would read. The site is a good compliment to their TV show. I would still go direct to the leagues' own sites but if you are looking to read more articles or stuff outside, espn.com is the best place to go.

One of the worst sports sites there are. No journalistic integrity, and this site is more of a sports gossip site than actual sports news. Don't even get me started on how awful their NHL section is (it's easily the worst site to get professional hockey news from). You have to pay to get any decent content. Go to NBC Sports, it's far better than this site.

You lost a viewer
June 30, 2023

So you think letting good people go will help? I will tune in to any sports broadcast that is not on ESPN. You eliminate fan favorites to help your bottom line. Well if fans don't watch you will lose more in advertising. Your parent company Disney is destroying you. It was your people, NOT you that made watching enjoyable.
On to better networks.

So disappointed by the announcers for this Red Sox vs Yankees game played at Fenway Park on September 26. Terribly one sided commentary. Not at all what I would expect of professional announcers. Alex Rodriguez was was one of the most boring, irritatingly biased announcers I have ever listened too. The sound quality For both announcers was absolutely terrible. Very disappointed in the broadcast.

Your sound man aweful. Can not hear the announcers all you can hear is the crowd and bands playing. Also i would be nice to see the players line up and go in motion, instead of watching some sideline story then switching to the game just after the ball is snapped.

I love sports and espn is synonymous to sports these days. I'm a big fan of NBA so I check everyday for news, results, and transactions besides nba.com. I hope the lockout ends. I'm also a fan of other sports and ESPN caters to most if not all.

They also have great articles not like the other sites who just come up with editorials with not much substance.
