I ordered an upper wash arm for my dishwasher, checked all details on the website, and all seemed good so I ordered.
When I received the item, it was a lower arm, contacted to sort out and all I'm getting is send us your machine details so we can find the right part.
I know the part I ordered was the right part, so I've packed it.up and sending it back for a refund and I'll buy elsewhere from now on.
I was told my part had been lost in the post. I asked for the tracking number which would prove that on 4 separate occasions, no one ever gave it to me. I was told I couldn't have a replacement as they're "out of stock". They are still listed on the website and in stock... My theory is that they didn't have it and that they pretended it has been lost to save face. If they weren't the only company with the part, I would have shopped elsewhere!
I ordered a fridge door shelf in July. They didn't have it in stock but sent me a weekly message to say that they were expecting it. After 5 months I gave up and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They confirmed the cancellation but over a week later I am still waiting for my refund. They are impossible to contact. I can't find a phone number anywhere and when I try live chat they put me in a queue but when I reach the head of the queue they close down saying all their operatives are busy. I have no idea how to contact them. I would never deal with this firm again.
The company was Beko spares. After a long delay they delivered the wrong product. No apology. They will not refund or rectify as espares. Website misleading. Terrible customer service. Totally unreliable.
They don't even deserve one star. Totally useless inept company to come across
Send Snapchat enquiry they need not model number but serial number, so i send in email the photo of inside information label. 4 days pass i get a response they cannot view attachments system don't allow them. So i send an email with the 3 number on two days later i get a response asking for the number...
Hadn't i just done that?
Whoever this Mohammed is they are useless obviously no customer service skills, cannot use a computer let alone understand Universal Number digits! Shane twits like this rubbish business are eradicating independent honest traders
Experience of date ITS STILL ONGOING
Ordered a shelf for my fridge. Arrived damaged. Espares takes an age to respond to emails. I returned the replacement (even though it be requested I didn't want one). Refund agreed. Still waiting 10 days later.
I went through Bosch for the replacement drawer - £12 cheaper and quicker. Avoid!
Do not use espares! If they do not have part in stock they will fob you off for months and when you ask for a refund claim that you dealt with a previous distributor a who have gone into recievership!
Utterly atrocious company. Having waited weeks for a number of Karcher pressure washer spares to arrive in stock I decided to cancel the order.
Despite contacting the company numerous times I am still waiting for a refund. Their communication is shockingly bad, taking days to receive any response which has resulted in me having to raise a dispute through PayPal in an attempt to be fully refunded.
They continually tell me I have been refunded however I've only been reimbursed £5.45 of the £44.35.
Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a drawer for my fridge. 3 weeks later and many emails later still hadn't arrived with no eta. Can't talk to any live people. Emails in very bad english. Had to insist many times for my money back, 7 days later I still don't have my money, they then sent an email saying 'glad you recieved your order' absolute idiots. Avoid!
I bought a dyson battery 1 year ago, mainly because their site shows an image of their 'superior batteries' against the cheap knock-offs found on eBay and Amazon.
One year later the battery failed, which leads me to believe there's no difference between the poor quality batteries and espare batteries, only that at least you know what you're getting when you buy a cheap battery.
I emailed espares for a replacement or refund with the order number, part number and all other relevant info. They replied asking for the model of dyson I had, which was odd, seeing as the part number and order confirmation email had clearly shown the compatibility. I sent it, and they told me that the part had failed because it was 'incompatible', which was doubly odd seeing as it was sold as an OEM battery for the exact dyson it had been used in, clearly specified on their website.
I then received an email saying they were processing a refund and I should wait 5 - 7 days. After 7 working days I contacted them to ask where my refund was. They told me there had been a problem with the refund but I should wait 5 - 7 days for a refund. 7 working days later I emailed to ask where my refund was and they asked for my PayPal address. I gave it and they said it would take another 5 - 7 days to refund.
I think any reasonable person would feel fobbed off at this point without any real expectation that they are honestly attempting to issue a refund.
So in summary: I bought an expensive, poor quality battery. They keep promising a refund and giving poor excuses for delays.
If this review is not updated, that means I still have not received a refund. I will however update this if they do, stating how long it actually took.
Make of this what you will.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered on the 13th of October and inspite of numerous emails which just generate a generic reply, no one had the courtesy to call or email from their "customer service " my item has not been delivered and I have asked for a refund if I dont get one im going to go the legal route
15. 9. 2022. I ordered a part from eSpares.
17. 9. 2022. Email from Royal Mail advising me that the delivery date for the order was to be the 17th of September.
17. 9. 2022. The second email from Royal Mail advised me that they returned the parcel to eSpares and that I should contact them for further information. - Sent an email to eSpares telling them of the emails from Royal Mail.
21. 9. 2022. Enquiry assigned a ticket ref and that a member of the Customer Experience team will contact me.
21. 9. 2022. Email from Safiyyah - eSpares team - telling me that they dispatched the order on the 15th of September and that I should wait ten days.
Did she not read my email with the screenshots of the Royal Mail messages?
22. 9. 2022. Reply to eSpares, that I was aware of the despatch date, but the issue was with Royal Mail returning the parcel - screenshots of the RM emails are attached.
26. 9. 2022 email to eSpares. Referring to my previous emails emphasizing that the parcel was returned to them by Royal Mail. I also, once again, attached the screenshot of the Royal Mail email.
26. 9. 2022. Email from Caroline eSpares Customer Care -
"The refund will be issued on the return of the item back into the warehouse."
27. 9. 2022. Email to eSpares advising that under the" Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are responsible for the goods until they are handed over to me or someone appointed by me." Once again, I attached a screenshot of the Royal Mail messages.
28. 9. 2022 email to eSpares requesting them to let me know when they will refund my money.
29. 9. 2022. Email from eSpares advising that they have received the item and that it will be checked and if everything is satisfactory they will issue a refund.
How many times do they have to be told that they are responsible for the item until it has been delivered.
29. 9. 2022. Email advising me that they have issued a refund.
Another one bites the dust wish I had read reviews. Ordered part it's never arrive they will not refund my money. Stupid email correspondence telling me my issue has been resolve. Absolute dope Sabrina telling me to wait 21 days and then in same sentence that shipment was posted 30th of Aug and should arrive in 3-5 days. Yeh Sabrina its basic math ITS NOT ARRIVING. AVOID AVOID AVOID. HIGHLY recommeny spares company out of tullamore co offaly, ordered washing machine part yesterday arrive this morning works perfectly, use those guys instead of these A holes who have robbed me
Placed an order.
3 weeks later still waiting.
Incredibly difficult to 'communicate with live'.
No active phone number, no chat on PC.
Eventually 'spoke' with them via phone app.
Didn't have the part and weren't likely to have it soon either.
Cancelled.
Four weeks wasted. Shower of sh! T.
Ordered brushes for my Bosch Washing machine. Simple right... No. First chose next day delivery which was kicked back. Paid and shown confirmation number but although stated email confirmation to follow, it never did. So have I ordered my parts or not. No way if finding out. Phone number doesn't lead anywhere except recorded message saying they are digital. Well, that's not true as the digital customer service doesn't work either. Attempted to track confirmation number but just constantly going round in circles. Can't find my account, can't change password, attempted to email customer services no answer and of course no parts received. Terrible customer service. Have used this site in the past and worked ok but if you have any issues you are stuffed and I guess they don't care. Use local suppliers is my advice.
ESpares Call Centre Enquiry Ticket: [T*******]
Amazing incompetence, ordered a part last November, still not delivered, suggesting they tried to deliver, very unhelpful company to deal with, now I am told they will return my payment, I want what I ordered 9 weeks ago.
Aiden grace
Having paid 12.39 euros for a part and then 6.99 postage to Ireland I received another postage claim (not duty) from an post for 6.50
Espares want nothing to do with the charge as they state... wait for it... the delivery is my responsibility. Seriously.
FIRST TIME I HAVE USED THEM AND THE LAST AVOID
