eshishang.com is a rip-off. I recently ordered 5 items from them. Of these, two were defective, and one was a ring which was 2 sizes too small. They ignored my repeated email requests for replacement items, then wrote back telling me to send them the defective items at my expense, then resumed ignoring me after that. I would not recommend dealing with these guys unless you're looking to get frustrated and ripped off.
Read other customers comment and you'll find that this site is not worthy of your time or money. The owner will ignore your complaint and will not do anything to compensate your loss. They WILL send you the wrong item, defective item and most likely missed the items you've ordered. If you order 10 items, you'll probably get 8 which are defective or in second quality. They will 100% ignore your complaint and all of sudden be very rude to you if they decide to reply. Trust me, you don't want this! Hope whoever is reading this will not get rip off ever again!
If they are out of stock for an item of jewelry, they just send you something else instead of what you ordered and will ignore you when you try to return it,
Absolutely true, they tell you that they have everything in stock and you end up receiving 2 or 3 items that you did not ordered. NOT FAIR, AND YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE THEM, BEWARE!
