I very much wish you could search by garment number AND fabric number. For example, I wanted to purchase a blouse in addition to the dress I was buying today. I purchased this same blouse previously and loved it. So I wanted to buy it again but with a new pattern/fabric. I found the blouse right away but could not find the fabric from a dress you are currently promoting. By the time I did scroll through I had already made my purchase and decided to save money and skip it. Maybe another time.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. Twice now my orders have not been processed in a timely manner, there has been no communication of delays or an apology for failing to produce the ordered items in the timeline they originally specified. To add insult to injury, 2.5 months later, 2 phone calls, and 3 emails later, still no refund or verification of order cancellation. They are basically taking your money without filling your orders. Stay away!
I've ordered from eShakti many times over the past three years and enjoyed my dresses a lot. I've also had many compliments. I'd say I have an 85% success rate, have only returned a few things over the years and the customer service has been good. I have ordered the standard sizes, done custom sizing, and fabric customization, all with good results. I think it is important that you have a good sense of what colours, styles and shapes suit you and your body type best for the most successful result. The value and quality are really excellent.
Ordering is simple but they missed the delivery deadline by 10 calendar days resulting in me having to purchase additional outfits. Then 1 of the garments was so poorly made I don't think anyone can the Jersey knit top. The belt for the blue polka dot dress didn't match the side I ordered either.
I called after not getting my order on time to ask about expediting it’s completion. The rep, Alicia, did a job job as I got in a week later albeit still way over due. But the quality of the work on 2 items was very poor.
Always add at least 2 more weeks to the delivery date they give you.

I ordered 2 dresses. One of them, I love, perfect color, fit, style, great quality. The other one fit really well and is a nice quality, but the color is substantially different from the picture and the description. The picture online looks like a vivid orange and is called orange, but in reality, it is what I would call a dusty rose. I will be returning it. I will be ordering more dresses from this company as I am very satisfied with the fit, quality, and style. I will just be extra careful with the colors in the future.
Customer service wasn't great considering I waited over a month for my outfit, contacted someone to find out what was going on, received notification that I should wait 2 to 3 days before someone could respond and didn't hear from anyone until I got the email saying that my item had been shipped about a week after I needed it.
I actually didn’t speak to anyone in particular I sent an email two weeks before I needed the outfit inquiring about the status and received a stock email saying that you guys were really busy and that I should wait 2 to 3 business days before anyone would be able to address my particular situation. I didn’t hear from anyone for 2 to 3 business days it was probably closer to a week and a half maybe even two weeks. I didn’t follow up because, to be honest, the outfit was for a trip we were planning and I figured if it wasn’t in by the time the website said I should have it then I probably wasn’t going to get it anytime soon
I’ve used eshakti in the past. I have never been disappointed with their products. Everything always fits really well and the endless options are absolutely delightful. I get so many compliments whenever I wear eShakti outfits
My particular jumpsuit of choice was chosen because it looked comfortable and like it would be an overall universally good fit for any spring time or fall event
Two items are great - custom made, and high quality fabric.
Unfortunately the 3rd item isn't wearable. Too tight in shoulders then massive in body. As in Australia the return policy isn't hassle free as will cost me the same to send back than what I paid for item. Think this needs to be reviewed if want more Australian customers.

I love the experience of customizing my dresses on eshakti! This time I am quite satisfied, the two summer dresses look how I envisioned them. However, the neckline is much lower than in the pictures. I'll correct that myself, for it is too complicated and expensive to send the items back. The fabric is soft and light, and the lining fits. Great!

Overall, quality of finishing, Quality of fabric is always on top but the attention to my instructions were somehow ignored. This needs to be addressed.

Great fit. Perfect length. Extremely frustrating and difficult to put on & take off with the “cape” attached. It’s very unique whilst on but don’t get stuck having to visit the loo during a night out.
The dress is very nice. Unfortunately I am working on a tight time frame for my daughters wedding and chosen to have alterations done locally.

I was a little too generous with my measurements to the garment doesn't fit perfectly. Measuring yourself perfectly is a must. I didn't know the outfit would be so streatchy so mine ended up to big and too short in the torso, which will likely prevent me from wearing it. The quality of material and the product is great.
I ordered two variations of this cotton jersey t-shirt. I loved the cool, dark green color--spruce, I'd cal it. Despite changing the neckline to high v-neck, the t-shirts arrived cut low enough to show cleavage. I requested a remake. The remake arrived in less time than I expected. The neckline is now high enough, which is a relief. It doesn't show cleavage at all. However I'm going to try to order a customization based off of this remake. I'd like the neck opening to be 1" narrower on each side, and I'd prefer the sleeves 1" shorter. I'm also going to see if I can get the front done with princess seams, which are slimming. The whole free remake process was satisfactory.
The free remake customer service experience was good. My pictures weren't the best quality because of lighting and other environmental factors. They were enough for the eShakti team to go on, though.
The whole free remake process was satisfactory. I was surprised when the first two t-shirts were so off. Not only were the necklines cut too low for a high-v-neck, the bracelet length sleeves were too short. They looked like 3/4 length sleeves, and I have short arms. About eight years ago, I bought several eShakti dresses, not using the customization feature. They turned out fine. They were also cotton jersey, so I expected similar results with the t-shirts last month. However, the free remake is much closer to what I wanted.
The fit is acceptable. I expected the fabric to have a more fluid drape. The cotton jersey used is medium-taut, rather than the medium-drape my eShakti dress fabric had 2013-2015. The finishing are fabric quality are fine. The color is gorgeous. I hope it stays that way. I plan to air dry it to preserve the color.
Pretty good. I was reluctant to order things from so far away online as I suspect the return process might be a bit difficult, but 3 out of the 5 items worked out well. I would shop here again but get a smaller size.
I was worried that it would take a long time to receive my items, but it didn't take very long at all. It was exciting to open my box with all the lovely patterns inside.
I like the items I received. 2 out of the 5 are far too big, but the other 3 were the same size and fit nicely. I'm not sure if it is worth returning the bigger items.

Great selection of styles and silhouettes. Interesting to see changes as I make them. Will be even better now that you can change fabrics from one style to another.

Nicely finished. Good quality work for such a small price. I love being able to adapt styles to my preferences without having to do the re-tailoring myself.
You have a lot of good choices and it is easy to customize things. I wish that the classic styles popped up as quickly as the trendy ones do though. I felt like I had to dig pretty deep to find the classic stuff. Maybe having categories as an option to click on would be a boon for your website.
I need a dress for an upcoming wedding and the stores have nothing worth looking at these days. I have been eyeing your website for some time and am glad to have the opportunity to try out one of your products.

So many amazing options, it would be even easier to navigate if the different colours of dresses were linked together! I would LOVE this option!
It would also be nice if the search worked a little better - sometimes I find other dresses in the fabric/pattern that come up in a more general search but not under the keyword.
I have bought from eshakti before and I am happy with the products, and I love the natural fibers and options. I wish that the cottons and voiles were more colourful but I will continue to check them out!

Generally, the online shopping experience is very good. Just one point that I'd like to mention, Some designs are difficult to locate and some of the dupioni lines that I liked looks like theyve been eliminated. If there was a way to find designs that I have liked and saved with some note to say whether they are currently in stock or not, would be really helpful
I have an important engagement to attend and I want to look great. I was very pleased with the 2 dresses that I previously ordered and am eagerly anticipating a similar result. I hope that the shipping time is accurate as the event is in 3 weeks and I just found out about it yesterday
Dear Reader, Eshakti stands out as an online retailer for me because of its customization and customer focus. I am yet to receive my garments and so cannot comment about delivery times or fitting but up until now, I am most satisfied.

Despite the issues, I've had with irregular sizing at times. I really like Eshakti and will continue ordering from them. There really isn't another company who offers the range of customization's they do!
Customer service has been really helpful when I contacted them. It can take 24 hours to get a response, but they have always taken care of things for me.
I think it's helpful to give them as much information as you can about what you want. They've been great to deal with when I had to change things. If its a small correction, I generally fix it myself if I need to.
The quality is excellent, especially for the price-point. I wish they would offer linen items.
Everything is beautifully made! I only wish the website was easier to navigate in the "mix and match customize fabric and style section"... there are SO many different fabrics and styles, I wish they were categorized a little more to ease of use. And, I like to see the style changes visible in that section, just like they are in the regular section.

I had another dress ordered in size 12 before ordering this one. So size 12 dress was a little loose for me so i thought i would order size 10 for this one would be perfect for me! But then size 10 was even looser than size 12. Just wondering what went wrong! May be mistake... or is it a looser fit. I don't know. I am a regular customer of e-shakti -- love their dresses, prints, custom fit and everything
