My husband ordered a replacement part for our air compressor. We received our package in the mail fairly quickly but only to be disappointed they mailed us the wrong part. Packing has two different labels on it. One with the item name and number we purchased and the other with name and item number that was actually in the package. (See photo) Tried calling everything number and extension they provide only to get a recording recommending to email. We did that to only get a quick reply of a generic response to follow instructions to return from the website. Well that's all dandy if the part didn't fit or I ordered the wrong part, but the company sent me the wrong part. In order to return the part $5.95 will come out of my refund to cover the shipping... again if I messed up then I would be ok with that. They messed up and they should pay for shipping and send me the correct part. IF you could actually SPEAK with someone then maybe this could be explained and resolved, but instead this is a ghost business... taking your money and no customer service. The picture in the package is what we received. The picture with ereplacement.com watermark across it is what we ordered and should have received.
I ordered a replacement part for my 14" electric trimmer. It was too big, but I was unable to returned it. Couldn't do it on line and they don't answer their phones. I found one that was the right size and ordered it. However, it wouldn't work with my trimmer. They did send me two, however. I was not pleased and now I have to discard my trimmer because I can't use it.
I ordered my part and I was glad the representative was knowledgeable of the products to put my order in correctly. I did receive the wrong part but the representative who helped me verified my order was correct. She promptly refunded my shipping fee for regular ground and upgraded the shipping to the 3 day. Afterwards, I did receive my part as promised. I was inconvenienced but Mistakes happen; I am glad they quickly accepted responsibility and apologized for my loss of time and took care of the customer. I have used this eParts before and I will order from them again.
I have ordered parts from EreplacementParts many times and as long as I had the Model and Serial # of the Item I was working on, the parts fit everytime, no problems. I can only speak for myself and my personal experience, but I will continue to purchase from this site as long as I need to work on products that break down and need to be repaired. I reccommend this site and company. Never have I received anything that was damaged or wrong parts. That speaks volumes to me when I do most of my ordering online and trust me, I have had some very bad experiences with other companies. Thank You eReplacementParts.com. I had to rebuild a carburetor on a Kohlor Push Mower and the parts came quickly and fit perfectly, job down.
After pandemic covid-19.
Shipment become nightmare.
Past month-and-a-half and I still didn't receive my item. So I just cancelled.
Before covid-19 was decent shipment time.
And before ordering I always see if item in stock.
Now it doesn't matter it shows the item in stock
You pay it then you have a male with a delay for months.

My chain saw's primer bulb, which was years old, fractured. I found the replacement part at eReplacement, ordered it and it was delivered in the time promised. It was an easy repair. Saw working well now.
I needed a tube section for a 33-year-old Echo blower. EReplacement had the part and it arrived in good condition. Delivery was slow (2 weeks!) but that could have been FedEx's fault.
Items were delivered in a promptly manner. Good quality parts. I will definitely get parts from them in the future.
I purchased a replacement lid for my Cuisinart food processor which according to the site would fit the other parts. Wrong! I tried calling but they are giving no phone assistance. I tried on line messaging but again no response. I was willing to purchase additional parts if needed but since I never heard from anyone decided to send the part back. I made over 20 attempts to get through their refund site but despite the fact that I had the correct order number the site kept saying they had no knowledge of that number and if fact said I had no orders at all for 2020. I gave it 2 stars only because the speed of getting the part was good. I would never use them again!

I've been able to fix quite a few things from engines to dryers with the parts available through ereplacement. One thing that would be helpful is better communication about what is currently in stock and what needs to be ordered, this would make it easier before I put the part in the cart. Otherwise great customer service and great parts.
Never got a refund for the shipment i refused. Almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Keep getting the run around with pre recorded messages
The product was delivered very quickly. The pricing compared to other companies was very good priced and a great product.
Tried many sites to find the right parts for my 30+ Walbro carburetor with no luck. Ereplacements website was very informative in finding the right parts were others weren't. Thanks so much. Dwain in Ohio.
Received parts.
Packaging was horrible, my 6 year old grandson son could do a better job. VERY DIASAPPOINTED to pay $300.0 and just have thrown into a box with no bubblepack or popcorn. Amazed they arrived lightly scratched.

The part is wrong, the picture of the part was right but the part that was delivered looks nothing like what was offered. So obviously its not the right part. But to their defense I ordered the part from a different vendor and the same problem. It had the same part number, looked right in the picture but know where near the part that was needed.
Quick and easy purchase. Price of part seemed reasonable but shipping/handling was very expensive. Will try harder to find part locally next time.
Ordered some components for my Porter Cable C2002 Type 8 air compressor which arrived very carefully packed and arrived before the first date given. Very happy with the parts I received. Be nice to have free shipping once in a while!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
