The product took ages to arrive. When it did, it was not tall enough to be useable with my coffeemaker. I thought I was specific.

I received 5 seals for my crockpot/pressure cooker cover. I paid about the same price for all 5 that I was going to pay for 1 seal elsewhere!

Wasn't the part I Needed. I needed a small "c" shaped coupling and got a 4-5" plastic piece with ridges on one end that was considered a coupling.

I needed a new pressure gauge for my older pressure canner. They had what I needed and it was sent right away, which I appreciated.

I broke the handle on a Barrrowed saw and the replacement part saved me from telling my friend! It was timely and the correct part.

I installed the new head valve in my old craftsman nailler. It fit perfect. Nailler works like new. Much cheaper than purchasing a new nailler.

Missing metal ferrules in both kits. Fiberglass rods were in good condition, unable to build rods without the require steel ferrules.
