Snow blower parts

Had a great experience buying parts here, the web site is easy to use, I really didn't think I'd find the part I needed for a 10 year old snowblower but they had it, and my order was processed very quickly and received my part within a couple days!

All the numbers are right but the part shown in the catalog is for a slightly different model. It was a crummy designed switch anyway.

Always Correct

I've ordered repair parts before from eReplacement and found the items to be exact replacements. The prices are very good and not having to hassle with warranty claims make purchasing from eReplacement a no-brainer. Plus, you can order spares for high wear items!

Won't bother again
February 20, 2020

Purchased a handle for a fishing reel. Replacement Parts identified 2 in stock by manufacturer parts number. Missed delivery date by one full week and when delivered WRONG part. Glad it wasn't something more important. Annoying to say the least but won't use them again. Good luck to others.

While customer service is awesome, the shipping department is not. I ordered a ceramic replacement for a crockpot three times and ALL three times the product was damaged. There was little or no packing material in the box at all. The box could have been smaller as well as the product should have been totally surrounded by packing material. I'm sure a Fragile sticker might have helped.

Replacement part to repair Moen faucet purchased in 1995. The diagram was very helpful to identify what I needed. We made the repair within 5 minutes and now can use my second sink in the kitchen. This saved me from replacing the entire faucet. I would use this company again for my repair needs!

I've found service to be very good but believe three areas need improvement.
1. Offer packages of common items like screws - Having to pay $ 2.99 per screw is a real pain when you need half a dozen.
2. I appreciate parts being OEM, but wish you'd offer generic or substitute parts AT LEAST when the original isn't available any longer.
3. I believe your prices could be lower and also wish you'd offer some kind of discount structure for frequent users.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and your suggestions! We have considered these ideas and found that, in some ways, these are not feasible to do. Manufacturers ship parts to us in the style they bill us for them, as well as how they prefer us to sell them. To bundle parts and create kits goes against their preferences (unless they do it themselves), and creates havoc with our accounting department. With aftermarket parts, we have no way to guarantee they will be compatible, and do not have a stable and consistent source for them. Also, we offer a 45 warranty on our parts, which the OEM manufacturers also support. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible, while ensuring the quality of everything we send you. Please keep in mind, we sell brand new, high quality, original manufacturer parts, usually below the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). We hope this helps to explain the reasoning behind our prices!

Charged multiple times

Due to a problem with my billing address my order didn't go through until the third time I finalized my purchase, but I was charged three times for one purchase. I've emailed customer service to have the two charges refunded but I haven't heard back from them.
