SLOW Delivery

I order 4 tires, great product, fast shipping. Gave the model numbers of the items when I ordered. Wrong items were shipped, they provided a return shipping level for wrong parts and refunded me for the parts. They did NOT refund me for the shipping, even though it was their fault. I asked to be contacted by manager and have yet to contacted.

Over the moon happy

The lid was like $5, come on! Came quickly and worked perfectly. The shipping was also $5 but to fix my food processor for $10 rather than buy a new one, when does that ever happen :D

Ariens LM21 refurb

Had to replace the drive disc wheel in my Ariens mower. The price and shipping were great! The labor was horrible, but that's my fault. I still saved hundreds over having to take it to a repair shop.

I have rarely found a vendor that made as few efforts to keep their customers informed as eReplacementParts. (That's a load to type.) Miscellaneous due dates, no follow up -- I would NOT deal with this company were it my choice. I'm only here because the goddamn one-pot thingie only has parts here. Were it my choice, I would avoid this company no matter what.
