I've been buying through this site for several years, never had a problem, always recieved what I ordered.

Blade protector fit and works perfectly. Not a major purchase or part, but does keep the operator dry when using wet saw. Thanks for the quick service and great part!

Four days later in my mailbox. Tractor back at it.

It took almost a month for delivery of parts ordered. Not acceptable. Not sure why so long but will order elsewhere next time.

I order 4 tires, great product, fast shipping. Gave the model numbers of the items when I ordered. Wrong items were shipped, they provided a return shipping level for wrong parts and refunded me for the parts. They did NOT refund me for the shipping, even though it was their fault. I asked to be contacted by manager and have yet to contacted.

The lid was like $5, come on! Came quickly and worked perfectly. The shipping was also $5 but to fix my food processor for $10 rather than buy a new one, when does that ever happen :D

Had to replace the drive disc wheel in my Ariens mower. The price and shipping were great! The labor was horrible, but that's my fault. I still saved hundreds over having to take it to a repair shop.

They had parts available for my compressor model and I received them in about 3 or 4 days. Parts worked as they should and now my old compressor is functioning normal again.

I was very pleased with the quality of service, ease of selection, rapid response, fast shipment and all around quality of service. I highly recommend to everyone.

The replacement parts for my saw are of good quality and fit just right. Parts were on backorder and communication was good. Shipping charges were a bit high.

I have rarely found a vendor that made as few efforts to keep their customers informed as eReplacementParts. (That's a load to type.) Miscellaneous due dates, no follow up -- I would NOT deal with this company were it my choice. I'm only here because the goddamn one-pot thingie only has parts here. Were it my choice, I would avoid this company no matter what.
