I had a back-ordered part holding up the shipment of an order. A short email to customer service had the item removed from my order (at my request, so I can order later), and my order shipped the next day. And I received a couple days earlier than the estimated arrival.
I broke the handle off my Presto electric griddle. The part was correctly described, came quickly, and fit perfectly -- it's like new now.
I had to ordered a replacement gas tank for a pressure washer. When it came, it was the right part but it did not come with a gas cap. I did save the old tank but unfortunately I could not find the old gas cap. No Problem. I would just order a gas cap. Come to find out they no longer make the gas cap. That was a big disappointment. How could you sell the tank and not the cap. That's like selling the car without the tires. I take responsibility for losing the gas cap but you would think the tank and the cap would be part of the tank.
While working with my belt sander it started to lose power. When investigating I found one of the brushes was broken off. The problem seems to be with the brush holder. When I tried to remove the cap holding the brush it was jammed tight into the holder.
EReplacement Parts had the diagrams for me to find the correct parts I needed for my sander. Shipping was quick and my sander is back to full strength. Thank you for the service.

I ordered a part for my grill 32 days ago. When I ordered the part, the website stated they had it on hand. After not receiving a shipping confirmation email, I decided to email the company. I was told it was a special order item that is coming from manufacture and it would take 7-12 business days for ereplacementparts to receive, then to ship to me. I continued to follow up over the past month by sending another email, and calling the company direct 3 times. Each phone conversation and email ended the same way with them telling me to continue to wait, and that it has not arrived in their warehouse yet. I spoke with manager Becky, who was VERY rude, and told me that special order items can take up to 20 days to arrive in their warehouse. I told her that is not what their website states, and she snapped back rudely stating I was wrong, and that I was just going to have to wait longer. I asked to speak to a different manager that wasn't so rude, and after waiting 15mins Rob called me and promised to look into this delay. 9 days later, I had to call Rob back, and he stated he had not had a chance to look into this for me yet.

The new mower deck that I received was perfect in every way. All of the holes lined up correctly making the installation an easy Saturday afternoon project. I do recommend purchasing new mandrel assemblies with the deck due to the fact that the factory never used anti-seize on the steel bolts that go into aluminum mandrel assemblies thus making them impossible to get out without snapping them off. Always use anti-seize on all steel bolts threading into aluminum housings. Always!
Received the exact part that I ordered in just a few days. Fit my air pump perfectly. I am very happy with the cost and part. Great website and easy to use. I would have showed proof of purchase but didn't receive this request before I threw away. Same goes for photo of the new part on air pump.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
