I placed my order on 4/28/20, today is 5/14. Order was confirmed on 4/28 and stated an expected delivery date of 5/4/20. I thought that was great. However, since 5/5/20 the only shipping info I can get is that the order is 'in transit', whatever that means.
So, my rating will be 1-star until I receive my order.
I got the part I needed really fast but our weather has been so unsettled I haven't been able to put the part on my mower yet but when I can it will be nice to be able to go in reverse.
I ordered the Toro Lawn Mower replacement Filter Kit. These parts worked great and fit like a glove. Easy installation and now I have my lawn mower for a few more years.

Honestly your shipping in this pandemic might be justified on your end until your competitors were able to deliver them in half the time. You should hold on to the items you have and wait for the things you don't have. We should have the choice to get ( separate shipping even) not knowing the results or what's going on till after things are ordered. Very disappointed! I now found a new supplier

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
