I ordered the above mentioned part for the carburetor on my Kids' go-cart. This part was as big as an oversized postage stamp and weighing slightly more. Shipping costs for this minuscule part was more than the part itself and it took 15 days to get it from Utah! I ordered another part from Amazon, a mower blade adapter, which arrived in3 days. I will not be ordering parts from ereplacement parts any time soon.

The replacement handle was a perfect fit for my pole saw. It was very easy to install. It worked within minutes of making the repair.
I returned the item since it was the wrong size. I still am waiting for a refund. Perhaps things are slow about this because the company is understaffed due to the COVID 19 virus.
The parts were ordered on a Saturday and shipped the following Monday. They were correct and fixed the weed trimmer. The only bad thing is that FedEx Smartpost took 10 or 11 days to get them to me.
The web site for ordering was simple to use and I found everything I needed. I ended up putting a second order (because I found more problems in my lawn mower repair) and the experience was similar. Parts were sent quickly and I was notified with tracking numbers. The second order took a somewhat longer time to arrive but I could tell that the problem was with the USPS, not eReplacement.
Company was easy to work with. Web site was easy and replacement part arrived without delay. Would recommend them.
I ordered two tires for a power sprayer. When I received the package I noticed one of the tires was the wrong size. At that point I tried to contact customer service, but was referred to a web site. I wanted to talk to customer service to try and exchange the wrong size tire, but instead I was given a return authorization. With that authorization I will have to pay the return postage and then if I order a replacement I have to pay shipping again. Since it was the supplier's error I should not have to do this. I will get credit for the part, but not the shipping.
This is the third time I have ordered parts from you and I must say you have made repairs to my mower a breeze. Even with the virus you have been very timely and easy to communicate with. As layman repairman it nice to go through you diagrams to find the part I need. Thanks for everything.

I ordered parts on a Friday. Paid the shipping (2 days ground). "On Trac" couldn't come thru at paid date. Didn't get them until 5 days later. I won't do that again.
EReplacement parts is quick with delivery of the right part at a fair price. I'll be back soon! I've become a regular, as it seems, something needs repairing or rebuilding. The website is easy to maneuver and read. I'm sold!

After having trouble with a different company, I ordered parts from eReplacement Parts. What a difference. They were quick to accept and ship the order. They confirmed the order and kept me informed of status including tracking information. I am very satisfied with them and will do more business with them in the future.
Still waiting. No communication from ereplacement. Part was listed as in stock but obviously that wasn't the case. Disappointed.

Have a several decades old Echo GS 2000 curved string trimmer for which I was totally surprised, make that "shocked", to find replacement parts available, and reasonably priced. Parts were ordered on a Sunday, and received that Friday. Now that's service during this pandemic!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
