Replacement sear plate for my napoleon grill was incorrect and I'm trying to return it. The website for returns is not working working for me and I am still awaiting an email reply on how to proceed. Disappointed in teh service.

Incorrect ereplacement part is shown on the left, correct part from a local grill vendor on right who saiad I received a part for a similar yet different grill. Part numbers are similar but not exact.

Needed a couple of replacement parts for our gas grill and didn't want to spend the money plus ave the hassle for assembly a new one. The manufacturer was back ordered and has a bad lag with customer service presumably due to the COVID 19. EReplacement parts was slightly more expensive but had both items in stock and promptly shipped them out.
I shopped around and other websites had the parts for a LOT more money. So our gas grill is like new now and we are up and grilling again! Very happy with the prompt service, and would use this website again.

Parts Buffet!

I have a 2004 Husqvarna 42" riding mower. As years go by, she requires a little TLC. I can depend on ereplacement parts to have all parts in stock. The process is very easy and shipment is fast. I highly recommend for those hard to find parts.

I was having trouble checking out and so I called and talked yo a customer service representative. When she came on the she began with her name and asked how may I assist you. I explained my problem and she solved the problem at the end of the call she explained that it may take a bit longer to the extemely high volume. She then said that I was very welcome and have a good day. She was very polite and courteous.

I am a Storm Victim who needs this part to prepare meals. My Charbroil Grill somehow survived but not the grate inside. Charbroil doesn't have them anymore. So, I find and order the proper Grill Grate from ereplacement.com which is what it needed.
I get that the Covid 19 issue has changed every thing, I really do.
But I paid a 1/3 of what the whole grill was probably worth and then a very big shipping fee and expected it quickly. I ordered on 5/13/2020 then informed on the website many days later that the item will not ship until June 15th or possibly later.

I thought no problem I can contact them and get some help. Nope that's a big negative. They are missing in action. Even in this Covid 19 environment companies are finding ways to answer the phones and take care of their customers.
I have left messages and no returned calls. That money I spent meant the world to me in my current condition.
This is all I know to do.

Mower tires

I had ordered two tires for a lawn mower. They arrived in a prompt manner, and they were exact replacement parts. Unfortunately I had to return them, since the mower required more work than I was able to do. That was about two weeks ago, and I have not yet received a refund. Please contact me regarding this.
