I needed a little part for a 15-year old Porter Cable nail gun, and although there were some parts unavailable that I did not need, the part I did need was available and I received it in just a few days. I called ahead to ensure it was available and the phone rep was very cordial!
Needed to replace bump cap. Found the part here@ eReplacementParts. Received it on time and a perfect fit. Will shop here for other parts as needed.
Original order placed with 4 day shipping & returned bc carrier took to wrong address. I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes before reaching someone. The associate reordered the items and assisted me I would have it in 4 days. I offered to pay next day because I really need the part. It was not available bc I was ordering Saturday. The part never showed up & when I called after day 6 to check on it, I was told it would ship two weeks later. I have heard only great stories from my mechanic so I tried ordering myself, the parts may work fine but the service I received was not very good.
Terrible experience. Placed the order on Apr 28, multiple calls. Excuses ranged from - the virus, your order is in the warehouse, two parts are missing but on order. Parts are in stock and your order is waiting to be shipped, called again the same two screws were out of stock. By the first of June my chipper was running. The primary issue is I had to reach out to this company, They did not reach out to me. By the way, the wo screws that were missing, I called MTD and they shipped them in less than ten days.
I was pleased with the overall process of ordering and receiving the parts I ordered. The parts were exactly what I ordered, I was able to repair the trimmer. I was informed of the shipping status and the delay was respected.

Difficult to rate a company that leaves out part of your order and doesn't respond to telephone calls. Not a happy client.
Ordered a replacement drain valve for my Porter Cable air compressor. Quickly arrived and fit perfect. Cost less than what I thought it would. Very happy.
I ordered a part for my gas grill and it didn't arrive for almost a month. When it did finally arrive it was damaged. I tried several times to call over a period of weeks and they don't answer their phone - you get trapped in a phone mail system that won't give you access to a rep and then the system disconnects you. I sent several emails which all received a standard replay and no customer rep response.
The item was damaged in shipment which was not really a surprise as it was shipped in just about the worst packaging I've ever seen. The website and phone mail instructions only refer you to the website but the only solution there is return the item for which they want to charge you for shipping again. I paid almost $10 for shipping the original order and my only recourse is pay shipping to return the item and order the part again for which they want to charge me for shipping AGAIN. This at a time when many, if not most, companies provide FREE shipping is an outrage. To pay for shipping 3 times to get the item I purchased is not acceptable.
Their excuse for no customer service is COVID-19 and that is a gross exploitation of the situation.
I wish I could give zero stars - eReplacementparts.com is ripping me off!

I ordered a replacement part for a 20 yr old orbital sander. Navigating the web site was easy and priced as expected. It arrived very quickly even with the Covid issues generally slowing things down. I would look to them again for any further replacement parts.
Takes too long, in fact, you can cancel the order and i am damn tired of waiting i will go buy somewhere else
I ordered a trimmer part 75-0619 unfortunately even tho it fit my trimmer one part was missing, the kill switch. I was impressed with the return policy. I will be ordering a new pull rope unit, as soon as I can find the correct part.
I chose to order form eRP to get the OEM replacement parts, instead of getting a generic replacement part locally. Order arrived quickly and earlier than promised. 2 Stars +.

Tried to contact customer support. No customer support due to "Covid" via phone and all emails were answered with generic response about how to return the part.
I guess eRP wants me to return the (defective) part and order it again in the hopes that the next one will be correct? Sounds like "Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
Seems like something that could have been resolved quickly with a phone call, or if a human had read my email support request.

My order was promptly shipped and I was back grilling within 6 days. Part was exactly like the one I was replacing.

Our shop had a lathe down and ereplacement parts had the part I needed where the manufacturers delivery would have been 8 weeks out. UPSP left the part out on the street where it was picked up by a passer-by (assumably)
We reordered the part and they refunded the first order without questions. It's nice to do business with people like this.
So I needed a replacement height adjustment lever for my lawnmower. I was able to locate the correct part for my mower really quick and even ordered the small plastic cover that goes over the top. It shipped quickly and I was able to swap the part out so I could keep my yard looking great!
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
