Received one part on 6/30 and I was very happy with that, however no paperwork with delivery and I have sent five emails to ask when other item is shipping and no response, however I have paid for both. They do not answer phone and you can not leave a voice mail. When I look at my order online it just shows delivered, however I only got the one item. I just need them to contact me

The treads were much to large to fit my older Echo 302 Fuel tank.
It may fit the newer saws, but they do not fit at all! On my older saw. Can you help me with this problem?

Instructions neglect to show the spring that is needed and how it fits with the part. Fortunately, I found the spring and managed to make it work with the new part.
I ordered a switch for my table saw & received it within a week as promised. It was an original replacement part. No issues.
My order was processed and I received my replacement parts In the quoted time unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. Customer service was great until I needed to return the part and request a refund. I have emailed several times and only received an automated unhelpful response. The "easy" online return method doesn't work. It says system cannot find my order although I have the order number. I would have liked to be able to return the parts and just reorder the correct part but instead I'm stuck with it. I hope this reaches a live person and then I can get a response since the email approach isn't working.
The order i received was on time and exactly what was ordered. If I need mower and trimmer needs in the future I will purchase them from eReplacementParts for sure.

Was easy to find the parts I needed, and cost wasn't "too bad". The parts were here within 5 days, (before I needed to use the equipment again). Will definitely keep in mind when I need parts again.
Still waiting for my part and any response from eReplacementParts. This is really B. S. They say their customer service response times are late and covid-19 related, I don't believe it!
Over a week ago I informed you that the order I received only had one item. The other item only came in an empty plastic bag. I still have not received the part or any response from you.

There was a bit of a dealt due to the item bring out of stock. The company notified me via email and a few days later I was informed it was on its way. The attachments fit perfect.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
