I have ordered this product twice, for some reason the first time the order was cancelled. I reordered the the product on 7/20 and do not have it yet! I tried to go to the website and cancel the order but said it was shipped and it could not be tracked... I will return this product if it is received.
I recently acquired a used Husqvarna riding mower for my yard. I had never used or owned a Husqvarna mower until now. I needed a part but had no idea what the part was called. eReplacementparts.com website was very helpful to help me pinpoint the part with it's useful parts diagrams broken out into individual sections. Made, what normally would have taken hrs to figure out, and easy as could be. Ordering and paying for my part was just as easy
Wrong part sent bad, quick refund good, RMA(return merchandise authorization) emailed(don't have a printer), but no shipping label sent bad bad. Web site wouldn't work for me re shipping label huge time waste bad. Promised instructions not included big ‘ole time suck verifying was wrong part trying to get it to fit frustrating. Time spent repacking wrong part for shipping grrr, $ return(good) was by phone but then phone help removed(C virus) bad. Shipping label to be discounted to $5.95 but why must I pay for wrong part which was not my fault? Bad.

The coffee maker part was perfect but shipping very slow. No updates for a long time. I was close to canceling the order when it finally came through. I give four stars because this was at the start of pandemic so a lot can be forgiven.
Ereplacement.com is a rip off company, I ordered a part from the site and they sent me a envelope with a part number and business card. Do not order from them they will not give you what you ordered.
I ordered a part for my craftsman lawnmower and received an empty box in the mail. My credit card was charged $49.68. There were no answers to my phone calls, and my emails were answered with form letter replies. Obviously no one ever read them to resolve my issue. Extremely disappointed!
I originally wrote a 1-star negative review. However, ystrdy eve the order came in my mailbox. I give the company 3 stars due to the major technical difficulties they seem to be having right now. You can read my original review below. Mechanically they did fine; received my order, charged my card, fulfilled my order and shipped it within a few days. Technologically the company is having issues that is unfortunately negatively affecting their business. I would give 3.5 stars if it was an available selection.

Ordered 2 simple parts for a worm-drive circular saw on 07/28/2020. eReplacementParts.com website said over 24 units(for ea part) were in stock and normally ship within 1 - 2 days.
First, I never received email confirmation of my order.
On Aug. 2 I tried to track my order thru their website, yet the website could not find my order. Funny, my C-Card was charged right away. I tried calling the cust. Srvc. No. On their website and the different ph. No. That was on my order. Neither ph no. Had a live person to speak to and they send you back to the web-site. I go back to website and they can't find my order.
I email them explaining situation. No response is sent. I email them'canceling' my order, again, no response.
In spite of this Covid-19 issue, this business is in dire need of an immediate, massive make-over. Frankly, I can't trust a website that completely ignores customers that have already paid for their merchandise. I needed these parts quickly yet all this company did was delay me for a week with zero correspondence. They get a big F on every level and I won't be ordering from them again. My advice is to stay away.
They fit well with little effort and adjustment. Was easier than trying to keep polishing plastic lenses.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
