The small springs I needed to repair my Honda lawnmower were perfect. However, the $7 postage charge for each part was excessive.
We ordered parts for our gas dryer and they shipped them to us. These were small parts and were shipped in an envelope. When we got the envelope it had not been sealed, there was nothing in the envelope. We tried calling and emailing them, never got a reply. We will never order anything from them again.

I had a DeWalt drill that needed a new motor and a Makita drill that needed a new trigger. I found both on the website which was easy to navigate. The parts fit perfectly and worked great. Because of this I saved hundreds of dollars and kept my old reliable drills instead of having to replace them due to just needing a few parts. EReplacement parts is my go to website now for tool replacement parts.
Arrived today I'm good condition, again flimsy packaging, like bubble wrap where a small child has popped all the bubbles. So pay yer money take your chances in the world of trans Atlantic ice cream machine lid replacement. John
Ordered a new lid for an ice cream maker as not available here in UK. Item was not sufficiently packaged. Have re ordered with shipping discount and hopefully it's well enough padded to survive crossing the Atlantic.
We ordered a 54" deflector and received a 42". The part was mislabeled. I attempted to call, email and email again but could 3get in touch with customer support. WE had to pay to ship wrong item back.
Ordered a muffler assembly kit (2 parts) Muffler and muffler guard. Received only the muffler guard. Per customer service, return item and will send a reorder. Received the muffler. No muffler guard. Not sure what will happen if I return the muffler. Probably would be best to get a refund and buy somewhere else.
The Milwaukee blade clamp kit worked just find no other problems at this time. Also I had to buff the shaft I tried to get the old one to be used again after working with it for two days that when I decided to find a place to order the part I needed and it was Replacement parts.

Ordered a part for two of my Bissel steam cleaners. In both cases I had questions. Called and got sent through prompts. After 3 or buttons I realized they are not manning the phone desk. Be nice to have that recording first. The part I ordered was the wrong part. It is nearly identical to the part I needed. It had an extra water inlet. Been waiting 5 days to find out what the part number I need is. Or, if I can plug the inlet and use the new part.
Without the phones working why would you not beef up your online support.

Had the parts for an older saw. Price was very competitive with other places I checked. Shipping was quick and in the time frame they said it would be. Have ordered from e-replacement many times. Always has been a good experience.
I ordered a starting capacitor from eReplacementParts.com and received a confirmation email showing the part, the part number, the order number and verifying that the part would ship in one business day. When I checked the status of my order five days later, the website had no record of the order even though my credit card had been charged the day I placed the order. I called their Customer Service Department and was told there was no record of an order to me at all. I told the representative that I received a confirming email and read the email to him and he still could not find any record of the order and said that the people who worked on these sort of problems were not available until the next day. On top of everything else, he said that the part I ordered was not available for 14 to 21 days even though the website and confirming email said that the part would ship in one business day and I paid extra for expedited shipping! It is unbelievable that a company would take your order, charge your credit card and send you a confirming email and then have no record of the order!
I have an echo srm2100 someone gave me about 10yrs. Ago I got it running and it ran great until one day it started but the shaft would sin. I did some research determined it was the bearing. I ordered them from ereplacementparts.com they arrived fast, now its runs better than before, I'll be ordering more parts as needed Thanks ALOT
The canopy fits the 13X13 eaved shelter as advertised but the top vent comes detached with no way to secure it over the gaping hole in the top of the canopy. Probably Coleman's fault, or whoever makes them. I just sewed it to the canopy at the corners and works fine. Otherwise, the transaction was spot on. No complaints.
The best service I had on line or any where lately... I'd recomend them to everyone I know. The whole experience was effort less.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
