I ordered a Rigid Tube for the side burner of my Weber Genesis. There is only 1 rigid tube on the website but unfortunately the original part is about 2 inches smaller (see photo).

Very disappointed

Received my part damaged. Tried calling the customer service numbers listed on website, but was only automated could not speak to a person.So I was forced to send an email about my part being damaged, two weeks has passed and this review request is the only response I have received. Shaft was received bent.

Your customer service is terrible. I ordered part# ******* you shipped ******* my order number was *******. I have tried to get in touch with about it via messages. I have not received any response from you. I have disputed the charge to my credit card, and they have reversed the charge. Please sent me a pre-paid mailing label to return the wrong part to you. I have order the part I need from Briggs and stratton. I no longer need the the part I ordered from you.

Almost unbelievsblr

I needed repair parts for a band saw. I found eReplacementParts online and had a great experience! The website was fast and easy to use and very intuitive. The service fast and the part was exactly what I needed. With all the complexities presented by this pandemic, eReplacementParts communicated regularly about a potential delivery delay, but that turned out to be only a few days. My saw is back!

Fast, Easy, and Accurate

Easy to find the part I needed, fast delivery, accurate part for my need. The side burner igniter part is apparently a bit hard to find. My local Weber store even had trouble locating it. And their price was high. I turned to online shopping and located the part I needed at eReplacementParts at a halfway decent price. Delivery was quick. My Weber side burner is happy again.

Pay attention

I wrote down on a piece of paper, model, serial, and anything that I thought would be useful. I went to your website. Which only asked about the year of my pole saw. So, I guessed because I didn't see that info on my tool. Made my purchase watched your how to videos. Received the fuel line kit. It was the wrong kit for my tool. Totally my fault, but made the fuel line kit work.
Pole saw runs great. So, it just shows you that even people with no skills can win.

Air Compressor

I recently bought repair parts for my air compressor. Upon delivery The valve assembly was already assembled and zip tied all I had to do was cut the zip ties and mount the valve assembly according to their video. After assembling all the parts I turned the compressor on and heard a noise which when I disassembled I've found that the rubber piston ring was ruined after further investigation I found that according to the printed instructions sent with the parts that the zip tied valve assembly was assembled wrong and it ruined the piston ring. I have been trying to contact these people for the past 3 days and there has been no answer back to me to get a new rubber piston ring sent to me at their cost. I do not feel I should have to pay for a new rubber piston ring when it was their fault due to the pre assembled/zip tied valve assembly that was assembled wrong in the first case.

Poor Customer Service

I've always had good results from eReplacementParts, but this is the first time I've tried to contact them with a problem. Using Corona virus is no excuse for an email to go two weeks without a response. I received a package, properly addressed to me, but when I opened it the items were for a different person. There is no return option for received wrong order so I sent an email to the Contact Us address. I've had no response other than the automatic "we'll get back to you".

Integrety Questionable

In mid July I ordered a part. July 26 I emailed them to cancel the order, as they would not answering their phone. On July 27 they charged my credit card which included NY State sales tax. I received the part about August 28. I started to fill out their online form to return the part, I stopped when the refund calculation did not include the NY State sales tax they collected and they deducted return shipping charges. ERepalcement Parts in located UT. I called them but they will not answer the phone, I sent them an email, a week later I still have not heard from them. They did send a email asking me to fill out this rating form. I will never deal with them again.
