I ordered a pressure gauge for a canning. I swear it's description said lock nut, washer & new gasket for gauge. I received the gauge and a rubber threaded? Nut? Which I wouldn't feel comfortable using alone.

Wrong part was sent, return mailing was not as simple as they claim. Praying noting out the label to return did not work out. Mail would not accept it.

I got handles without the pins to keep handles secure to wall! Very poor. I would have given zero if I could have!

I ordered part and it arrived ok however, I found it was the wrong size.

I have left four messages via email to return and no one has gotten back to me. You can't get a hold of them via phone. I called twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time and no one answered.

The order consisted of multiple parts with one "hard to fill part" because of none in stock. EReplacementParts kept me up to date and even though it took time to fill the order I am completely satisfied.

These folks are terrible at customer service!
Their site says parts will ship same or next day, it takes weeks to get things, IF you get the item! Waited for a saw guard for 3 weeks, finally said it was delivered a week ago, not to me it wasn't! And I still haven't heard back from anyone about it!
All the crying about COVID and no staff is pure BULL$#*!!
If you can't service customers, shut down your goddamned website.

I received the replacement parts fast and the repair was simple using the instructions provided. I simply removed the old fan/motor panel and replaced it with the new one. Entire job took about 5 to 10 minutes!

The cable is not the correct part I need to return will recheck part # to make sure that I ordered the correct part

You can get the right thing if you look for it. I found it at E replacement parts. Easy to install a to install.

I specifically ordered a new switch for my RY******* and was delighted when it arrived as promised. Imagine my surprise, however, when I opened my RY******* and found a larger, hard wired switch that your smaller, component style switch could not possibly fit. I was NOT happy!
