Live chat no working; phone support not working on designated hours. Nobody is answering to emails.
Its a horror movie!
I initiated and paid for the domain transfer (just-get.com); got "failed transfer". I thought the problem is on godaddy's side; and called them out on it. But actually its their system that is failing.

Do not to buy domains there because you will lose your time, your money, your domains!
They didn't transfer the domain. They only promise: tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. They took my money and won't refund it. They say every new day: "1-2 more days are needed, your question is already under consideration, our accounting team has already been warned". Don't trust them.

10 month go i requested a withdrawal of my funds and Masterbucks still has not paid any amount.
I sold-out my site for medical treatment and re-invest another website. I was job less from corona 1st time.

They have my ID, bank details, and confirmed this is OK for a payout.

It's really disappointing with your process, so many date problems with masterbucks under maintenance now approval problems. Here attached my pending report

Fake promises and they are full of lies and deceit, kept asking for money, denied my withdrawal, but i was able to get back all my money, everything they owe me with the service of a broadoak-capital com

Being a web developer and a domainer, from my experience, I recommend EPIK.com for domain registrations. They have a wonderful interface, competitive price and an epic support team! Really Awesome!

I paid for renewals of my domains but they did not renew it and my domains are in parking and my customers are suffering. Despite several support tickets they did not resolve my issue.
