Rated Epic Sports a "one star" because zero stars wasn't an option. I placed an order. Received the wrong product. When I contacted them, I was asked to send the product I received to the person who ordered it and they would send me my product, which they received. Very unorthodox and unprofessional way to correct their mistake. I did as asked, but have never received my product. BEWARE... if you order a product from EPIC Sports, you may never receive it.

Epic Sports was quick and easy to work with. I was disappointed in the product as it was much bigger than I anticipated. I did not think I needed to order youth sizes for high school aged girls. Sizing was misleading.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
