The order arrived just fine however, i misordered the product and that is my fault...however, i have tried to call your company 3 times this week with excessive on hold wait times and no call backs, this part is ridiculous...i need to return/exchange a part of my order but i am not sure that i will use you again after this...i hope that someone contacts me to rectify this situation.
Good value for the money, good customer service for dealing with exchanges/returns and items are of good design and quality. This is the 2nd year I've used Epic to order uniforms for my 7-8 baseball team and will use them again next year.
