I have to admit when I saw the prices for the items on your site I was skeptical. Your shipping costs are a little high, but considering what I paid for the items they more than offset. I received the delivery in a reasonable time frame and found my purchase to be exactly what I was searching for. I will definitely buy again.

The socks arrived very fast. I was disappointed to pay for expedited shipping (I wasted team money) when it probably wasn't necessary, because the long handling time mentioned on the website ended up not being real, the socks shipped the next day. I know it seems strange to complain about getting something too fast, but I had everyone convinced based on the website info that if the order didn't go out immediately we would not have the socks for picture day (12 days out). I rushed everyone, then had the socks in my hand in 3 days. It was embarrassing.
However, the socks were as promised with no mistakes in the order, nicely packaged, no complaints on the product.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
