I ordered shirts for my softball team and paid for EXPEDITED shipping. I needed them by Thursday so I could get them to the printer on Friday who guaranteed me delivery by Monday for our first game. This did not happen because the uniforms were not delivered on Thursday but delivered at 8:10PM on Friday which was after hours for the printer so I could not get the uniforms to them on Friday. I called Epic and Kristy told me she was sorry but that was the manufacturers fault not Epic and refunded on the shipping I paid but not one cared that I incurred additional printer fees because I had to bring them on the weekend when they were not normally opened. I think something could have been done for good customer service for my additional expense but she did not want to hear that, because if they would have arrived at least earlier on Friday I could have gotten them to the printer. Just my opinion. Thanks for listening anyway.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
