Only concern I have is the listed product didn't match tags on product. Ordered Richardson 112 trucker hats. Neon Yellow had tag that said Richardson 112 ADJ whereas all the other hats just said 112. I also ordered a Neon Yellow from a different sight and it only stated the 112 on the tag. They still fit fine, just makes me question if the product is different than what it's listed.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
