I ordered royal blue t shirts and customized them as jerseys for my softball team. It was straight forward and easy to do. My only complaint is that the logo on the front isn't a bright white like it was supposed to be. It's a little faded, but still looks ok.
Absolutely loved the price, the quality, and how fast it shipped! The husband was super skeptical when I first placed the order ("Good luck with that! You get what you pay for."). Will definitely be using EpicSports for all of my team jerseys in the future. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were limited on the sizes available. But we ordered what was available in the sizes closer to what we needed and it worked out just fine!
I ordered 2 pair of same pants for my daughter. One pair fit great the other was way too small. I think they were missed marked. I argued with them for three months about getting my money back or getting a new pair. The service rep Lori is horrible she asked me for pictures three different time and lost them. She would not give me bosses phone number. Do not buy from this business. Discount for this business means customer loosing money.
The product arrived as described. Just what I expected. It appears it took 4 days to fulfill the order and another week to deliver. That is slow. It was $3-$4 cheaper than others. I'll return if I want an item for less money.
I received (not new) garbage. They were not even folded in the bag, they were packed balled up as though they had been wrinkled like that for quite some time. You are asking me to launder them and they would still have to be pressed. I expect to launder them and press them if they came from the Goodwill. You indicated that I expected to much for sale items. They went in the trash. Won't buy again.
I have been ordering from Epic for a while now. The website is great and I am finding items at quite a lower price or that are hard to find. Especially orange pullovers and helmets for varsity baseball players. Delivery is quick... Thanks!
I have ordered from EpicSports for well over 5 years now to get various equipment needed to support a World Class Motorcycle Event. The product is always shipped in a timely manner and packaged well.

Epic is my go to site for sports apparel and equipment. I did have an issue with my last order, but Epic cleared it up and made it right. Great customer service. I'm back shopping again this morning. Thanks Epic; you've got a loyal fan for life.
I am an equipment Coordinator for a soccer club. Epic usually has pretty fast deliveries and lots of options to find what you need. The equipment I have purchased from Epic is always of good quality at a fair price when compared to others while shopping around.

I run a city sports league for our kids and on a small budget I found epic sports and I got my football teams looking good and dint break the bank the kids were happy they have been playing with hand me downs wore out gear and now new stuff kids cant wait to see what else is in for them thank you epicsports for doing a great job
The shorts themselves were fine (although looked to run a little small), however when tracking my order because it was several days later than it should have arrived it had been in my main distribution center twice and then sent further away to other states before coming to me. For price of shipping and size/weight of item, if you are sending USPS you should probably be sending priority mail. My cost of shipping easily covered the cost of priority mail.
I'm a repeat customer and for good reason. Epic's prices are great and they offer high quality products.
There are areas that need improvement, however. The turn around time is not impressive at all. The designs are extremely limited, so your customization cannot be creatively at all. Lastly, customer service can improve a lot. Communication is slow and without purpose.
Overall the pros outweigh the cons and I will continue to shop. Hopefully they improve where they are able to though.
I bought 2 soccer jerseys at first to check the sizing and feel. They came in the specified time and are very affordable. I liked them so much, I bought 3 additional ones of different color. It's mentioned that the color might be a little off and I only found that with one of five purchased, still good. Great deals! I certainly will buy items again.
This one of the worst company's to buy from online. Shipping is 3 to 4 weeks and no customer service. Purchase your items somewhere else. I would gladly pay 5 more dollars for items to receive better customer service and shipping in a timely manner. Again, stay away, this company will screw you over.
We had originally ordered socks from another company but they failed to mention that the socks were out of stock. They told me this after I paid them. Luckily Epic sports had the exact same socks and at much cheaper price! And the shipping was affordable and fast! Will definitely be ordering socks again for next season!
I order over 40 items and they came in less than a week and even faster than the estimated delivery had stated. The shipping also only cost me 20$ for all of that which is not bad at all! The website had a ton of options for very good prices. Definitely will shop from Epic Sports again!
I have only need two things from this site and both times shipping was messed up and even played 18 extra dollars for today air and it came in five days and would not refund the money I told him to go F themselves and I will shop elsewherE. Too many other stores to go to and shop so don't understand their reasoning for not helping customers when they know they will leave and spend money elsewhere. Corporate needs adjustment and better find it quick
Deceitful company, that sells dirty items and does not even offer to exchange them. Additionally, they give false information on their customer service line to lure you in for the sale and does not honor employee statement. Beware!
