Last box was opened, in shipping. Everything was in it. Probably needed more tape
The product pricing is hands down the best out there, however the shipping is pricey for the length of time it takes to receive a package. I'd like to see the standard shipping at a lower price and also offer some quicker options to receive orders.

It took a significant time to fulfill two items and I had paid for express shipping but it didn't seem like there was consistent shipping/fulfillment. The way the product available was displayed was equally confusing 'in stock' but not available for shipment for a month.

My overall experience was exceptional even when I had an issue with some of my items. The customer service reps was amazing and correct the issue within a few days. I was very pleased with the company's response time to resolve the issue I was having.
