I was a first time customer and bought two $20 gift cards for two different girls. I thought that I would receive an email to redeem and print the gift cards in my email. I did not. I contacted customer service about getting something that I could print out or receive via mail to give as a gift and was told that I didn't choose an option to do so at check out so there was nothing that they could do. I ended up making a gift certificate on my computer and providing the code to redeem the $20 online. Pretty cheesy. In the future, it would be beneficial to new customers purchasing a gift online that makes it very clear how to choose a printable gift card.
I thought this jersey was a button down, and it was a pullover. I t is good quality, but descriptions are vague, and you cannot tell from the picture.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
