The long sleeve cool shirts are great for the price. No different than the ones bought is a store for 10 times the price. It does take epic longer to process, but if your not in a hurry great value.

I ordered the wrong size and spoke with a representative who was rude when I asked to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor came on the line and didn't even introduce himself. I asked the supervisor why I would have to pay a restocking fee especially when I am a regular customer and was hung up on after I said there should be no stocking fee. I will never do business with this company again. Customer service is horrible and they are very rude when you question their policies. Also it takes weeks to get your shipment and shipping costs are high.

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
