Horrible customer service representative(charity)& supervisor(Cody)! Paid $60 second day air, didn't receive complete shipment, was advised numerous times vendor sent out 30 pairs, I received 24, I guess they was calling me a liar in other words! No Resolution to my problem, my team has a game on Friday, six players without socks( thanks epic sports) I will never use this company again!

It seems that many of the negative comments are from people with crazy expectations. Bad things happen with every company, if you react in a calm manner, you get better results from customer service.
Material is great and received it on time, so far have not been disappointed in all my orders. One minor thing is it would be nice if some items had a bit more description about the product such as pants and shirts

I ordered 4 pairs of 3/4 length boys compression pants. Very light weight. They came in a small poly bag. Shipping was almost $12. Thats pretty out of line with most online retailers. That being said, my son really likes the pants.
This company sells poor quality product, yes cheaply, for a reason. Product I ordered was almost see thru it was so thin, and sized much smaller than normal, obviously made in asia somewhere. Returned the entire order. There return policy is up to 50% restocking fee, complete rip off. Customer service people are rude and completely unwilling to work with you. STAY AWAY!

Everything arrived within the expected time frame, with no errors in the numbers or names, or sizes! The least one would expect, yes, but it is surprisingly uncommon to get such great customer service!

Be aware that the company will advertise availability of items then call with an excuse why some are not available and double charge for shipping. Terrible customer service. Our team will never use Epic Sports again and we are happy to provide proof and order numbers if asked.
Order arrived 2 days before the projected delivery date. Product was as described and in good shape. I will definitely be back for more from this place. Don't let the low prices fool you good quality.
Preferring to speak to a live person to 1- confirm items were available and in stock 2- Confirm 1-2 days shipping as advertised & 3 - Amount needed to be purchase to receive free shipping. Waited on hold for over 10 min before I was directed to hit "0" for as call back. Decided then to look at reviews, glad I did. Call me an antique but when I spend my money I want to KNOW someone cares on the receiving end, and will do right by their customers. Keeping customers at arms length & once removed isn't being used here as a technology upgrade, but rather avoiding accountability. I've gone somewhere else where someone answers the phone.
This company is complete fraud. They sell items without disclosing their return policy, charge you an arm and a leg for shipping which when combined with their restocking fees that they dont disclose result in customers loosing their entire monetary value of the purchase!

Been happy with all my purchases. Butter Soft Scrubs are very comfortable. No issues with sizing. Great choice of colors and prints. I am not locked into a certain color, so variety is fun. Repeat customer.
I'm not sure how a business can stay afloat with sorry customer service, rude employees, and a general lack of care for the services that have already been paid for. It should be illegal to basically scam people in such large quantities.
We needed jerseys by a certain date. Our order status shows in progress with the past date. Customer service is terrible and closes tickets before an agent even responds. I'll change this rating if they overnight my order.
Dont believe their "in stock" status. Over $1000. 00 order for a youth league and nothing but troubles. Now our kids may not have jerseys in time for opening day. Have to order somewhere else. Will never use again
Great items good prices but restocking fee must go.Its hard to determine proper sizes If you cannot try on. I have 10 grandchildren and buy for all so lose the restocking fee it is a turn off for buying. Poppy..
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again!
