I never got the right size for my jersey so I ended up having to wear a too large shirt to my reunion. I called and not only was the representative rude, but so was his supervisor. I am a Corporate Customer Care Supervisor for a very large and well known company and we would have never tolerated this type of treatment towards our customers. Companies must remember when trading these people to represent them, that they instill the fact that the only thing that separates their company from another, is the level of customer care given because it will always be another company that sells the same goods or offers the same service. This has made me not want to ever order again.

Cut & size were a little strange. Medium is fine in shoulder, very short & wide in torso.
Material & workmanship are fabulous.
Need more sizes
Experience was mostly good. Only issues were box was not secured as it was poorly taped and really really wanted a hat that turned out to be not available.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
