Received text telling me order was ready for pick up then not picked up for about 5 days. Then I got a text that it would be delivered and then one saying it wasn't. Then told that it was 1 mile from me at pick up location after the location was closed for the weekend. If this is a way to get me to pay for extra shipping I'm more likely just to shop else where.
The purchase process, shipping, and product met all my expectations. The kids now know exactly where they are supposed to be each inning.
Between prices and time of delivery I was very pleased. I coach a travel baseball and basketball team so now I know where we will be ordering our uniforms and equipment from
Prices where great. What I wasn't happy that twice I had to change order. Because items weren't available any longer.
I am extremely disappointed in the delivery time. I received the survey request before receiving the order. I still have not received it. If I receive it today it will be on the 15th day. I was told by customer service that one of the three items was the hold up, but when I contemplated canceling that one item customer service told me it would be a difference of only a day or two.
The website said all orders ship within a couple of business days, but I didn't get my order for almost two weeks.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
