Thanks Epic Sports for placing my order. I received my Miken softball bat within 9 days. Not only did the bat come earlier than expected but as a company Epic Sports sent an EMAIL to make sure that I received the bat. I do not know of too many companies that do that any more. I really appreciated the follow up. This type of online order goes a long way towards purchasing other sports items from EPIC SPORTS.

I am an equipment Coordinator for a soccer club. Epic usually has pretty fast deliveries and lots of options to find what you need. The equipment I have purchased from Epic is always of good quality at a fair price when compared to others while shopping around.
If this companies operations were as good as their technology, I would consider buying from them again... as of now, i am just one more pile of bones in the bone pile.
It seems like the inventory on basic items is bad... and whenever they cannot complete your order they send you a robo call... then you dial back only to find out that they are closed... or you get to wait on hold for 10-13 minutes to fix a 2 second problem... #shoplocal #savegrayhairs

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
