Faster then anticipated delivery, great quality and very good prices. I use the baseballs I bought for practice, good leather balls, not plastic or synthetic leather, blemished but work great for practice. The baseball pants I bought were 60 to 75 percent cheaper then anywhere else. Love Epic sports.

Called to cancel my order that still had not shipped after 10 days. I called customer service and was told I could not cancel even thought they confirmed that it had not shipped and could not provide a tracking number They also could not give me a shipping date. I need this order for a game, if it is not here in time it will be useless. The man I spoke to was very rude. Shipping fees are very high and will not be refunded if you do try to cancel, I go the run around regarding restocking fees of 25%, no shipping fee refund even though it hadn't even shipped yet. Basically he said there is nothing he can do and if I try to return it (if I ever receive it) they will charge 25% plus return shipping fees and will not refund shipping costs. He said they do not guarantee shipping times as they order some products from other places and even though the website does not state that they are not returnable, they will not issue a refund. Will never order from them again!
