Ordered this product 11 days prior to needing it. Paid for it to come prior to tournament. No movement on product at all until a few days before I needed it. Product came the Monday after I needed it. I understand we are getting better pricing but we are also paying expensive shipping that makes up for our "discount". At least get to to me on time.

Products were as advertised. I think it took too long for the order to ship and for it to be delivered. I received 4 "status" emails that gave me everything except the actual status of my order. Only once I contacted customer service did my order ship. They did reply to my request quickly and I ultimately received my order in time for my son's first game of the season.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
