I couldn't have been more pleased with the items, price or time it took to receive my items. My only issue was with the method of shipping. I happen to have an issue where the USPS doesn't provide home delivery, while UPS does, which basically means I have two addresses (a PO box and a physical address). Past deliveries came via UPS while the last, because it came from separate warehouses, were split between USPS and UPS. However, I didn't know that until the items shipped.

Last season I ordered the same softball pants but in a different color and this time the sizes were totally off. I had a size YL and a WM in a different color for the girls to try on and use as a guide. When I received the pants the sizes were way off. The YXL had a 2 inch larger waist than the WXS. When I shop in stores the YXL is smaller or if not smaller than the same size as a WXS. But these the WXS were way smaller than the YXL. In all other brands my daughter wears a YL to YXL. Last season I ordered her a YL and they fit perfectly. She has not gone up in sizes too much so I ordered her a YXL and they were way too small. She had to move up to a WS. There is no way my daughter wears a WS in any other pants than these. I ended up having to exchange 10 out of the 12 pairs of pants because the sizing was so off, which cost me $24 out of pocket. Needless to say I will not be ordering again.
Free shipping over a certain $ would be a nice perk.

I received the mdse. That I ordered, but wanted to exchange for size. Called twice to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) so that I could exchange for size and I can't get through. I left messages and have yet to receive a return call as they promised. There customer service for returns in totally inadequate.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
