The ordering experience was great so far. However, I have a poor opinion about a prior purchase through Epic Sports. From my last purchase, the shipment from one of the two manufacturers was received promptly. However, the shipment from the other manufacturer was never received and Epic dragged its feet about following up and eventually threw its hands up in the matter leaving me in a situation where I paid for something that I never received. I also had to now reach out to manufacturer to request either the merchandise or a refund. So much for customer satisfaction and guarantees! If I had not had a previous track record with Epic Sports in its providing good customer service in general, I would take my business elsewhere.

I LOVE the products and prices. The website design just looks slightly antiquated & there is only one image of each product. I also love how more images of similar products appear on product pages - that's very useful & gave me more things to order! One of my main issues is that sizes seem to vary A LOT, so I might need a large in one item, but a small in another. That and almost everything (from my experience) is not able to be returned or exchanged, so if the sizing is off, I am stuck with a product I can't use. Luckily, I have kids that are bigger and smaller than me, so I've passed non-fitting items to them. Overall, I highly recommend Epic Sports and love their products & prices!
