I ordered a heavy basketball and it came deflated. I would like to order more but I could you inflate the ball before you ship it please. I ordered for my nephew who lives in the country side and due to the pandemic he was unable to get to a needle. So if you could do that then I would like to order four more balls. And ankle weights and weighted body vest and hand and wrist weights. Epic is great I love it I am a customer!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
