After searching Amazon for a specific brand and style of softball pants and getting the wrong product I was devastated! I saw an ad on Facebook about Epic and tried it out... they had exactly what my daughter preferred and I received it a day earlier that expected! I will be ordering from them the next time I need these specific pants. Thank you Epic!

Pros: Shopping experience was good. Prices good especially on Epic brand of softballs. Received ample communication regarding my order. As for the products, although the Epic softball cover which was made of cowhide was a little more slippery than the Champro balls, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Epic balls. The seams on the Epic balls were more raised than the more expensive Champro softballs, which my daughter (who is a pitcher) really liked.
Cons: Delivery was a little slower than expected. But then this was purchased in May/June 2020 during Covid-19 pandemic.
Overall, I would purchase from this company again.

I ordered and received. Fit was not right, so I reordered same products, different size. Surprised I had to pay myself to ship back. OK, whatever. When I saw no credit card statement, I was surprised to see full price was not refunded. When I called customer service to ask why, representative with a lousy attitude told me the charge for the initial shipping was not refunded, that's the policy. So, in conclusion, I paid three times for shipping to receive the contents of one order. The product is average at best. By the time I waited to receive this mediocre product, and paid three times to have it shipped, I could have purchased better product at about the same price. Live and learn. I will never use your company again, simple as that.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
