I didn't realize how cheap looking the products were going to be - The Polos were very poor quality and the embroidery was equally as poor. I was expecting a deal - but for the cost and shipping the quality was not worth it.

In general, I had a great experience. It was just a nail-biter waiting for my items to arrive before the start of my summer season. When I called customer service, they were very solicitous, but still couldn't promise that the items would arrive in time. We lucked out and they arrived the day before our season began. :)
Everything arrived. But the packaging was completely destroyed and some of the shirts were scuffed from being tossed around and the packaging being wide open. Bags of shirts were torn allowing items to touch them
This was the second year in a row I ordered futsals from Epic to provide to participants in a Winter Program run by my club. Waited until registration closed to place the order so I'd know how many we'd need. Epic had the balls in stock and delivry arrived in time so we could use the first week.
I received the Fleece Pullover on Friday afternoon. (2/9/18). When I opened it on Saturday (2/10/18) I found a smudge across the front in the middle of the Pullover. It looked like it had been dropped on a dirty floor. It would not come off. I called the 800 number and left a message with my name, phone number, and order number. I described the condition of the item. No one returned my call. The Pullover was a birthday gift to be opened on Sunday (2/11/18). I wrapped it and the recipient of it decided they did not like the fit. If the Pullover was to be kept I was going to return for a replacement but now I would like to return the Pullover for a complete refund.
I ordered soccer balls 17 August and the confirmation said the balls would be delivered 6 September. I called the company 6 September to check when the balls would arrive and was told they were being sent to them 17 September. They arrived 9/20 and were not deflated as indicated by the web site. There is no place on the web to indicate the customer wants deflated balls.
Your search engine says its filtering short with pockets but the descriptions of the shorts I just bought do not mention pockets. I hope the filter is correct. Guess I will find out. Customer service told me how to filter for shorts with pockets, still ended up puchasing shorts without pockets. You site search engine sucks!
Not sure how to explain it but the shopping is not that easy there are so many choices and when you click on an item and then return to the previous page you have to start shopping from the very first item. You can be on item 23, you click on it for details and let's say you dont like it and click. Ack you have to start on item 1.
My order came 2 days early with no issues - although I wish I hadn't paid for 2-day shipping (I was guaranteed delivery by Friday and ended up receiving it on Wednesday) if I knew I was going to get my order so quickly. Regular ground shipping probably would have arrived the same time since it shipped from just one state over. Overall, happy about my experience with Epic Sports.

My original order seemed to take longer than I expected and I was not happy with one of the items. The CSR that worked with me was very helpful requesting a replacement. The replacement arrived very quickly and I was pleased with the product.
I contacted immediately after recieving order about recieving the wrong sizes on 2 of the jerseys and never got a single response back.very unhappy with the customer service, and will never use this company again in the future
I was replacing a lawn bowling ball. It's super fun for the whole family. The bowling was misused, and had to be replaced. The original ball had adult and child finger holes in one. The replacement only had adult.
While the price of this product was very reasonable, the product quality is lacking. There is very little elastic in the waistband and therefore doesn't stay in place very well. I will not order this product again

The supplier my order came from didn't ship the product until after the estimated delivery date. I had called customer service and my order was processed and shipped within a day. Customer service was a great help.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
