I was disappointed in the first anorak I received. I evidently chose the wrong jacket, but its okay, because its a pocket jacket, that I can put in my winter bag for the car. I thought it was a nylon blend, but it feels like plastic when you put it on.

Epic's supplier shipped the wrong product yet I had to rebox it at my expense, take it to a UPS shipper (10 mile trip) and then wait until a confirmation of my shipment was made before Epic had the correct product reordered. None of this was my fault yet I had to absorb all the responsibility and cost. And the compensation for all my work - $0. Poor service
Placed two (2) orders on same day in your area. First order processed and delivered by different company in four (4) days. Your company processed your order and delivered it twelve (12) days. Perhaps you might need new order processing system.
Overall, it was a decent experience for the type of company. I was disappointed with the interactions I had concerning a product that ended up backordered. The automated calls came in at inconvenient times, and it took 3 days of this until it was taken care of. However, once that communication was made I received my products almost a week before expected and an almost immediate refund for the canceled item. I would give them a C, overall. However, I will continue to order from them.
