I have been in contact about my order with Epic Sports as to when I will be receiving my order. I am told there is no delay but still have not received my order or have a date as to when I will receive it.
Products are great, but questions on products I want to purchase have gone unanswered through online and through messages left on phone.
Not happy that it took as long as it did to get my order. When I did receive my order it was short by 3 items. It then took 4 business days to get the rest of my order. I thought it should have been shipped over night.
The first delivery of the product. The item was destroyed. I can't give delivery a good rating. Customer service asked for photos of damage. I sent the images of the damage. They replaced item. Other than delivery, I was satisfied with product/ services. Thank you!
Very happy with the fins i bought! Very fair price. I was a little disappointed with how much i had to pay for shipping ($11). If i pay that much, id like for my products to arrive sooner that a week and a half.
In the past I have had to call customer service for Epic Sports and have had very very long hold times. That is the only issue I have had with them. Everything else was very customer oriented, prompt and efficient.
The site was fine but the skewed shipping amounts threw me for a loop.
I called to clarify and spoke to a very pert, condescending man who spoke down to me and was extremely unhelpful and downright rude.

They sent me the wrong item. It got there on time. The price was great. I emailed customer service, they got back to me quickly. They have not yet rectified the situation, but have assured me they will.
I have not received my item yet, tried call twice and was on hold and was 15 in queue to speak to someone. Also sent email and have not heard from anyone. Very poor customer service and still have not received item.

Overall was good. Took longer than what I paid for delivery. I paid extra for 3 day shipping and it took about 5 days. I emailed customer service and they were no help. Products were good, price was good but delivery sucked.
My shopping experience was great the problem I had was the shipping rates. Your website states that items ship within 1-3 business days. When I got to checkout it appeared that I had to pay high shipping just to get it within 7 days.
I never received an answer back when I sent an email about a question. I order a lot for volleyball and usually know when stuff will arrive.
This one package just came a lot later that's why I sent an email. I have now.
We had to exchange the pullover shirts for a smaller size. We called, they explained how to return those shirts and proceeded to refund money. At the same time, they placed the new order with the correct size.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
