This reorder went the way it should have. This is because I got my 15 pair of scocks. There is one thing more, I payed $38+ and this included tax but only got 24.00 back. I thought I would get my tax i payed back as well on the original order on April 13,2025 That I thought was going to be sent via Fed-Ex like my 1st order frome 4 or 5 years ago. But because it was sent USPS and we use a PO Box it was sent back so the order this time I got because I used the physical address of the post office itself as we were instructed by the clerks at the post office. PS I am not expecting the shipping and handling money back.

Original tracking only had 1 of the items with a tracking link. Tracking was inaccurate. It said it was in Tennessee when I got a call that it was here (in northwest Indiana). Other item on the document never had a link... it arrived without any idea it had beens shipped.

We've been using Epic for all of our company products for 4 years now. Retail and crew shirts. Have always been satisfied with delivery and quality of the products. We've ordered many different brands over the years. Our favorite SPF sunshirts are the A1 line. We have a private printer who does our sublimation, so I can't offer a review on Epic printing. Will continue ordering from Epic in the future. Kristi
