Daily email that order will be delivered on July 15 wesre super annoying. Order ended up coming July 16 after all. I would preferred one email confirming then another with tracking. Delivery information is different when you look ata the item vs when it is in your cart. It also takes super long for the delivery to be processed for shipping. Product was good but I will most likely not wait that long again.
Excellent price for a great product. This particular order had a very nice product, but the waist was too small and seat was too large (baggy). I in fact ordered one (1) Size larger waist than previously and it's actually smaller (different product). I donated to DAV as product was very nice.

I wish the delivery times were separated with information given when there will be multiple deliveries. I travel and often my order is planned so I will be local when deliveries happen. When delivery info is a single date and actual deliveries occur over two weeks, there is risk that my order could be sitting (in the rain) for many days. I say in the rain because most of the time the item is left on the uncovered porch steps instead of the porch.

Shipping costs are too high
Ordered womens shorts. What arrived is not what I expected. Can't use them. Tried to return and It said no returns on closeout items. Stuck with short I cant use because they are made of a mesh material that cant withstand heat.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
