I love ordering from Epic Sports. The prices are so much better than anywhere local in my town. The only thing is the shipping takes at least 3 weeks. I do wish the shipping with a little bit faster, like Amazon Prime.
Delivery time was too long. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, they never go beyond 5 days for regular shipping. Also, Epic is too clingy, it seems that everywhere I go online I'm getting advertised to by Epic. That is very annoying and bothersome. They are loosing a customer because of it.

I love Epic Sports. It really is a Godsend for parents who have children in sports. Everything is so expensive elsewhere. On this site I can save money, get personalized items, find anything I need and receive good quality. You cant beat it. I will always support this business because they support me.
We ordered some black and gold striped softball socks. The price and delivery time were great, but the quality of the product left a lot to be desired. The stitching at each stripe was off and they just look bad. If we didn't have a game right after they showed up I would have sent them back and asked for a refund.

I believe Epic would dramatically increase their sales $ if orders would ship much faster. I have found myself spending much more at a local store because I could not wait 2 weeks to receive an order from Epic. Otherwise, the order process, selection, and value is great!
Big fan of Epic Sports! This particular order was not their best effort. Ordered 16 hats in 3 different sizes and 10 of the hats were sent the wrong size. Customer service ticket pending. Other issue was with baseball pants. They were not quite as described on the website and will not work for our team.
I placed an order on 12/8/19 for 9 items at which time I was assured that the order would deliver by 12/23/19. Only one item ever shipped before 12/23/19. I received multiple automated emails advising that 12/23/19 was the estimated delivery date for all items. Still, as of today, none of the remaining 8 items have shipped according to the generic "In progress" status provided by email and no tracking number provided. I find it hard to believe that none of the remaining items were available to ship. The service agent today said that an item from Rawlings had been holding up the order. Then ship the rest that ARE available? This was not an acceptable experience, especially during the holiday season. I now must let my son know that many of his Christmas presents did not arrive on time. Merry Christmas!
Shipping too high and colors were not as seen on website so when I exchanged, I had to pay double shipping and ate that cost (since I was ordering for team) - made the price ridiculously high. Should have a better return policy to make sure customer gets satisfied order. Would not recommend until return policy changes.
The pants came on time, but were not in an individual bag. Therefore, they were crumbled in a ball and they were also very dirty. I contacted Epic and instead of offering a refund, they asked me to take pictures of the product and they would send it for review. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from them. We needed the pants for an event which has now come and gone. We had to go out and shop for something else. The customer service has been awful!
I have been ordering uniforms for our car dealership and I have to do it online. I have tried, with no success, to call an order in and ask some questions but I can't get anyone on the phone. Once the call is automatically picked up I'm on hold for extremely long times and have not had any luck in getting a live person to speak to. I'm done trying and will order the vest from a different vendor. Also, shipping is too expensive and there are no offers of reduced shipping for larger orders.
I am hopeful that your product is as expected, but I had trouble getting information about the sizing. I was on hold with customer service for 45 minutes, and go insufficient information, so I called the manufacturer, and still got very confusing information. I had to order today to make sure the product would be ready by my son's birthday party, so hopefully, all will work out.
Pretty easy to use website. Not sure about return policy or speed of shipping for cost. Turns out, I paid $10.99 for delivery by Tuesday and my order didn't show up until Thursday. I didn't even get a tracking number until I called. That being said, I love the products and the price for the items was great! I'd just change my expectation for delivery next time!
Overall, a very disappointing experience with Epic. Customer Service did not contact me back, despite two attempts on my part. Shipping prices are high and take a long time to arrive. Measurements on a women's shirt was quite a bit off, and Epic hasn't been willing to work with me to remedy the situation. I am now out another $40 because I had to just buy another shirt in a bigger size. I would have gone with another retailer if I didn't have to match my team.
Love these shirts. Fit is great (used the size chart); I'm 6' and they are long enough to cover my stomach even when I reach over my head. Colors are as shown on my monitor. Can't beat the price, and the fabric is perfect (cool) for Texas weather. Thanks!

Just letting you know that I tried contacting your customer service phone number. I waited for so long to be connected to a representative due to so many advertisements/offers, only to be instructed to "hang up", when I declined all of the offers.
Had issues putting in my credit card. It is a little confusing when it says adult sweatshirt with youth sizes. Your advertised price for the sweatshirts was $10 when all saI'd and done the cost was $16.
I ordered a couple sample shirts first to have my baseball team try them on to see what sizes everyone would need. They came in and were a different color than I anticipated so I returned them and ordered new ones. On the second order I got everything I ordered except one piece was a little different. So I had to contact them again and get it swapped out. All in all the service was good and I know mistakes will happen. As long as they are fixed it doesn't bother me, which they took care of. But it did take over a month to get all of this done and it didn't leave me enough time for printing. That is my only complaint.
I appreciate the price and fast shipping. There was an issue with them holding the order briefly because I had a different billing and shipping address. It seems like for team sports, that would happen quite often.
The issue I had was on our side, some of the sizes we selected did not fit but we were able to return for the proper sizes. My only issue with all the orders I have placed is the amount of time it takes to ship product. Other sites do same day ship or next day guaranteed but it has taken as much as a week to get items that supposedly are in stock,
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
