I only ever had one issue (product arrived damaged) and epic sports made it right immediately and sent a replacement, which showed up in perfect condition.
I purchased some epic sports leather raised seam balls for practice and they are e excellent. Also an adult catchers mitt (Rawlings renegade) and it is a great glove
We are disappointed because we followed the sizing chart and even though we went one size up from what girls were measuring, the shirts were still skin tight and unusable and epic sports says sorry, but that's what you ordered and that's all the help. They will give buyer beware you should order Two sizes larger than what you normally wear for a T-shirt.
We purchased full set Champro youth catchers gear with knee savers for my 9 year old along with the champro catchers bag on wheels. Everything arrived quickly a day safely! Equipment is top notch and works perfect! Great price and easy checkout process!
I placed my first order for over 40 polo shirts. They were priced at three dollars and change each which was a phenomenal price and great quality. My customer then wanted to add an additional 10 more shirts when I went to re-order to my surprise the shirts were well over triple the price when I contacted customer service I was told that price is fluctuate, but they would check and see what they could do then I had another representative contact me letting me know that the price changed and that I could re order at that price. Needless to say I went with another company who was half of their prices for the same shirts. I was excited to have a new option for my business but sadly I won't be a returning customer. Beware of the pricing.
I contacted support for help with a return on a faulty item and received poor assistance. I was charged both delivery and return postage, even though the trainers I received were defective. There was no proper option to explain the fault during the return process, and now I'm out of pocket for something that wasn't my fault. Still waiting to hear back from customer care. Really disappointing service.

I will be buying again. The sizing chart was helpful in getting proper sizes for everyone. The order came on time and the turnaround time from order to delivery was impressively quick. I reached out to customer service for a sizing question and they responded quickly and informatively. Like Robocop one said…"I'll be back!"
We ordered roughly 270 uniforms for a spring baseball & softball Little League season. 90% for the order was completed in a good way and decent quality for the price. The 10% of issues were no logos on visors, sizes not being accurate to order, missing items and some quality issues that can happen. The problem was the lack of customer service in responding to the issues. Almost impossible to speak to someone and when you need them, they were very defensive and combative attitude when you could get a hold of a person. The effort was placed into driving the buyer into an electronic portal that we had already done repeatedly, with no response. The "Chats" do not count as communication and is not relayed to anyone or any function box. A different rep said it had to be an email, and we lost a week of time in bad business process. We are a volunteer organization and do not have dedicated people to stay on this as a full-time job and that is what the subpar customer service made it feel like. All companies have issues, but I would argue how those issues are addressed really defines a company and Epic Sports has been an Epic disappointment in this regard.
My son's pants for baseball were a little too big, so our coach pointed us to this online store to find a smaller size. We immediately found them - they were inexpensive and and we received them super fast! Just in time for our first game of baseball!
We've been using Epic for all of our company products for 4 years now. Retail and crew shirts. Have always been satisfied with delivery and quality of the products. We've ordered many different brands over the years. Our favorite SPF sunshirts are the A1 line. We have a private printer who does our sublimation, so I can't offer a review on Epic printing. Will continue ordering from Epic in the future. Kristi
Most of the time things are great. I always get what I ordered in a timely manner. One order did get kind of list in the shuffle and took longer than others, and longer than expected. It did get delivered eventually though.
This is a great place to shop for even just only wearing moisture wick clothing. I love the top quality here I love the prices and as a regular person, I can buy single pieces. You don't have to buy a whole set of anything. It's just great The prices are the best I've ever ever seen of any online sports place for clothing And the variety is amazing as well as the shipping is quick. My order is always exactly correct and the communication with tracking information is amazing as well it's always accurate.
I customized both of my sons' LL teams and they are very cool. Kids love them (although my younger son says the stitching at the toe bothers him, a little) and size is standard. Price and shipping were reasonably handled. Would purchase again.
Overall, ok.
What I wanted was out of stock or discontinued. A multi pack of socks. Pictures don't show socks well. Had to buy 4 or 5 different types just to see what was closest to what I had and wanted again.
I ordered the large size and they work well - no rubbing or chafing, does what I need them to do. I probably could have gone with an XL size too, but I didn't have any problems with the compression shirts and they're priced perfectly!
I am very pleased with the quality, price and ordering process! I recently ordered Schutt padded football practice pants for 2 of my grandsons and 4 extra pair to donate to their teammates! The price was unbeatable and the quality exceptional! My order was shipped and delivered in a timely manner!
Good quality items for great deals. I'm very glad that i found epic sports. I was surprised to find that epic sold scrubs-- especially the version that I fell in love with that the brand, of course, has decided to discontinue.
I got several golf shirts for work where I'm actuve but need to look presentable. Love em and the prices were great.
Also customer service corrected a mistake from months ago, which was quite a surprise!
