I had a last minute order. I ordered believing it would take the whole 7 days. I received them in about 4 days. Ordered 25 jerseys. They exactly as described and packaged nicely. Vinyl letters were easy to press on.

I thought I had ordered my reversible basketball jerseys with numbers.
It turns out that no numbers were ordered and naturally I received blank jerseys. I called and spoke to a salesman and he placed the order. I had to follow up to see the status. Once I made the call the next day the jerseys were shipped.
I also had to ship back the jerseys with no numbers which I had to pay.
The final jerseys also did not reflect the size. Good thing I kept a list of the numbers and shirt sizes. Not a good experience
My granddaughter's softball pants finally arrived today, April 2,2025. They were supposed to arrive on March 18th--so delayed quite a bit. But the pants are nice, appear to be very good quality and she will use them. I don't understand why they bounced around Kansas for almost 3 weeks.
This is the second time I've ordered from Epic and it's fast, good quality and no issues with the order. Will keep ordering our team uniforms from Epic.
Nice products but takes way to long to get to you. On-line customer service does not care. Advised that I was going to start buying elsewhere. All they have to say is, "sorry to hear that". Wait times are unacceptable.
I ordered 2 pair of the same pants in 3 different colors for a total of 6 pants. 2 of the 6 pants were extremely bigger than the rest. I ordered all of the same size. Quality control is lacking. To return them is a hassle. So even though I ordered the right size, I have to jump through all kinds of hoops to return the 2 that were off. It's not my fault the sizes are off - it's your fault. Why do I get punished. Next time I will pay a bit more money elsewhere so that if I have to go through this hassle.
My order came in pieces and was not accurate. Trying to resolve the issue is very frustrating since you can not speak to anyone (you are communicating with a "bot"). The last part of the order was so late, I had to postponed the start of my league.
I saw an ad on Facebook for L/S Tees and decided to give EpicSports a try. Using their website to order was easy and intuitive. Although the estimated delivery date seemd a bit long, there was no urgent need so it didn't matter. The following day I saw another ad with even greatger savings, so ordered two more shirts. The first order was delivered on the estimated date, the second was depayed for several additional days. All the shirts were exactly as advertised and in the correct size. I'm keeping EpicSports on file for future use.

This time, the shipping was delayed and took much longer. I placed the order March 5th and didn't receive it until March 27th.
I received my order. Not what I wanted. I returned it the next day. They have not refunded me! I don't understand why this has been such a long process and a hassle. I will not be making another purchase in the future because of this unfortunate circumstance.
I placed the ordered on a Wednesday night, paid a slightly higher cost for expedited shipping (not overnight), but the order did not ship until over a week later. This was after the estimated delivery date. Then I didn't receive tracking information and shipment notification till after the delivery came almost 2 weeks after ordering. I never heard back from Epic customer service after submitting a request after the order had not shipped for a week. Prices and quality of product are great.
We ordered roughly 270 uniforms for a spring baseball & softball Little League season. 90% for the order was completed in a good way and decent quality for the price. The 10% of issues were no logos on visors, sizes not being accurate to order, missing items and some quality issues that can happen. The problem was the lack of customer service in responding to the issues. Almost impossible to speak to someone and when you need them, they were very defensive and combative attitude when you could get a hold of a person. The effort was placed into driving the buyer into an electronic portal that we had already done repeatedly, with no response. The "Chats" do not count as communication and is not relayed to anyone or any function box. A different rep said it had to be an email, and we lost a week of time in bad business process. We are a volunteer organization and do not have dedicated people to stay on this as a full-time job and that is what the subpar customer service made it feel like. All companies have issues, but I would argue how those issues are addressed really defines a company and Epic Sports has been an Epic disappointment in this regard.
When an issue arises, the only way to get ahold of someone is via chat, there is no option call someone. Normally this is not an issue, but getting someone on chat was a pain at times.
I also had an order that came in the wrong sizes and when I requested the exchange, the correct sized socks were out of stock. I then needed to do a return, and they charged me shipping to return even though it was their mistake.
After sending multuple emails advising a delivery date, the date came and went without a deliivery, to be followed by no response to my emails requesting a new delivery date. Customer support was via form letter responses and when the stuff finally came (close to a month after order), it was cheaply made.
I ordered 2 sublimation shirts. I wanted them both blank but only 1 came that way the other said player 1 on the back. The ordering process is extremely confusing and apparently some shirts have to have something printed on the back (not what I wanted)
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
