I just spent ANOTHER hour on the phone with EPIC sports. DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a single cheerleading skirt on 10/18/15 and called the company 5 times to get this in time for my daughter for Halloween. It will now not arrive til 11/2/15. Of course they constantly want to charge their restocking fees. I did everything for this to be shipped on time and they lied and blamed me. Stay away
Ordered 17 items - a total deal for $100 with shipping. Then the calls came. Beginning at 7am they called me with a recording that I needed to contact them about my order. Well, they don't open until 9am. Waited two hours, made my call: Pair of pants out of stock - they will not split ship. I switched the pants and order was set. Next morning another 7AM phone call - knee pads out of stock. I can either hold up my whole order or get rid of the knee pads. Will not ship separately. Talked to a manager - defended the 7am phone calls and wouldn't budge on shipping the $3 knee pads separately (even though I offered to pay for the $2 shipping via USPS). Told me there were other items they didn't know were in stock so I may have more phone calls coming for out of stock items. No thank you - please cancel my order. Manager told me that some things from other manufacturers may have shipped so we have to see before we can issue a refund. Glad I used AMEX so I can file a claim.
I called in for an RA # to return items on the 30th day from receipt of my order (noting like waiting until the last minute!) and was told that no RA # would be issued and that the items could not be returned because they must be received IN THEIR WAREHOUSE BY the 30th day and even earlier if a shipment was received from a second supplier (Alleson in my case) so the merchandise could be received in Alleson's warehouse within the 30 days. I read and quoted the following statement that was on my invoice when I placed the order, "AN RA# WILL ONLY BE ISSUED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE AND YOUR ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED ALONG WITH THE RA# WITHIN 10 DAY OF THE RECEIVING THE RA#". So you should have 40 days to get the return to them. Nowhere on the invoice does it say that the items must be received by them WITHIN the 30 days or that the customer must factor shipping time to a secondary supplier in that 30 days. So what the return policy really needs to say is that you have 20 days to get an RA# and 10 days to get it to them unless part of your order comes from another supplier, which you do not know until it does, then you have less time than that. I received nothing, except to be chastised because I had 29 previous days to get the items returned.
I placed a large order with this company, 2 of the items they sent were incorrect. When I called for a replacement they said they'd check to make sure they were sent wrong and call me back. Took a week and I finally called them back. Because they were on "closeout" they refused to send me a replacement even though they had plenty in stock. I will NEVER buy from them again!
This company is a JOKE! If you can't figure out a way to sort your ridiculous shipping policy out you will never grow past the small business that you currently have.
I was hoping this could have been the my new place to order from but without any way for you to even consider alternate options for shipping and the way you were not even willing to consider where I, the customer, is coming from is disgusting.

I ordered softball pants. Got them for 8.00, $5 shipping. Ordered on Monday had them in hand on Thursday. True fit. I would order an again in a heartbeat!
I bought a "distressed leather' coat from them that was not distressed and just a plain brown leather coat that looked like it came from Kmart. They want to charge me a 20% restocking fee and make me pay to send it back even though they were deceptive. TRUST ME SHOP ELSEWHERE.

They getting people out a lot of money. When they sent me the wrong thing on there part. My uniform didn't have plastics on them my first order had 4 dirty tops 4 skirt that I dint order. When I did a re order they sent me the wrong things again. Now my cheerleader are still without uniform. This the WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES IS BAD WORKER LIE, UNIFORM ARE USED & DIRTY
I usually have patience when it comes to dealing with online stores but this experience has been terrible! I should've read other on line reviews before I ordered. I will never buy from them again! First I ordered a few sizes of baseball pants to be sure they were to the true size for my son. Neither one fit and I had to return them. I called customer service and they said they could exchange only the one pair because the other size was completely out in their close outs and they were no longer selling it. The other one I have to mail back myself. I was disappointed but lesson learned. I order the new size and it comes in without new plastic packaging and used. My son had a game that day so unfortunately I had to use what I had without any other choice. I reached out to customer service 2 days ago and still no response! I am extremely disappointed and am afraid to send the other pair back in fear I may not be reimbursed!

I don't usually do this. But do not buy clothing/equipment from online company "Epic Sports". Long story short I bought an item. The item sent to me was not the item pictured online. I returned the item. Between shipping and their "restocking" fees I paid $30. I went through their chain of command etc with no resolve. Horrible customer service!
I spent $60 on an order which included two special order jerseys & socks. The socks were too small. I had already spent too much on shipping... when I called to ask them to send the correct size socks, even the manager Michael did not understand good customer service and wanted me to pay to ship it back. Seriously! The jerseys were also too small and so were the socks. Overall very dissatified - I will never shop at this site again. Find somewhere else to spend your money. These people obviously care more about a buck then about keeping customers and having them return.
I'm very happy with everything I purchased from Epic Sports. The prices are great and the service is great. I would recommend Epic Sports to others.
Sizing is totally off then got charged for a new order and also charged for restocking fee terrible now have to wait 30 days for a refund
Ordered a navy colored letterman jacket from Epic Sports. What I received was black. When called they explained their navy was "very, very dark." I sent them a picture. Then they asked for one taken outside. Then they said they would evaluate the jacket when it was returned. Upon return Epic Sports continued the lie that the jacket was blue and refused to give a full refund or reimburse shipping costs. Lousy customer service, lousy company.

I ordered once and was so happy ordered a dozen more uniforms. Only part of my order arrived. Upon opejibg the box I reachedbout, realizing mistakes happen. I was told too bad, they have it on video, mind you they can't show me the video of the box being packed and now I'm left with no uniforms for 8 kids! Disgusted they would a. Insinuate I would lie about receiving them and b. Not right their wrong. Worst customer service I have ever received. Hands down.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
