The quality of the bag and the embroidered names was excellent. Delivery time and price was also excellent. Because of sale price, I only had one choice of color, royal blue but since the bags were for young boys, that was fine.

Do not buy from this company they mislabel their inventory online and then when you try to return they hit you with a sky high restocking fee. I think they want you to return merchandise to pocket 20% without working. I order some soccer socks for my 6 yr old's soccer team. They mislabled them online as what i got in stead were crew socks. They refused to work with me on a full refund although I sent unopened merchandise back. There are some many quality online seller to chose from Avoid these guys at all cost!
TERRIBLE!! Don't buy from epic sports! Charged me $600 dollars and then told me that the item had been discontinued. Terrible business, terrible customer service. Don't make the same mistake many of us have made.
My husband ordered 2 shirts and they were extremely large for size. I called customer service to exchange for smaller size. I explained that they were way larger than the size should be. They seemed to not care and said I would pay a restocking fee and return shipping. Do not buy from epic sports!

This company is trash. They use smaller companies to fulfill orders and when those smaller companies screw the order up they tell you (the patron) to get over it. Use any other company but this one! PATHETIC. (Also spoke with the manager Cory i believe it was and he was beyond nasty/rude and unapologetic) I wish i would of read the reviews first. Luckily TROPHY DEPOT another trophy company came through and saved the day with accurate/awesome service.
I ordered jerseys and shorts. I ordered the same brand and the same color. They came in two different colors. I explained their mistake and they told me to to return them. Even though it was THEIR MISTAKE, I had to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
That is just not ethical.
Also, the letters on the jerseys looked like someone bought a kit from Walmart and ironed them on... Horrible quality.
I ordered the wrong size basketball for my son for Christmas. I had to return the basketball for a different size. It costs me additional $10.00 for the shipping charges to return it, if I didn't reorder another basketball there was an additional fee for restocking. I ordered the another basketball a few days after Christmas... PS... I am still waiting for it... NEVER AGAIN! By the time the ball comes basketball season will be over.

I ordered 12/10. Items arrived 1 day before Xmas. When I called a few days prior concerned about getting items in time for Xmas gifts, I was told my order stated not guaranteed until 12/27. I do not know ANY website that takes MORE than 2 WEEKS to ship. I needed to exchange the smallest item of my order, a pair of TINY volleyball shorts. When I called to exchange them, I was told FULL REFUND but shipping on new shorts would be OVER $10. The shorts were $22. Based on new shipping, I had to return them. Surprise!... The return authorization email I rec'd took fees off my return. When I called back because I was told I'd get the price of the shorts, the person answering took a msg & never called back. I called again & was told restocking fees apply. They refused to waive them OR charge me ACTUAL shipping costs. The shorts fit in a 6x9 manilla envelope with $2 postage for my return. NO WAY they cost $10.
Do NOT order clothes or ANY item you have ANY THOUGHT of ANY POSSIBLE exchange or return. After restocking fees & paying postage both ways... these shorts were cheaper at full price from Under Armour or any expensive sporting store near me. Original shipping on the order was $9.80 for 3 items totaling $72... including 2 volleyballs. It made no sense that they wouldn't charge actual shipping (rather than an up-charged shipping rate) on my new items. We really wanted the shorts. I went round-and-round with Michael at customer service asking for either a full refund... or actual shipping fees. There was no budging. I lost either way... if I returned or exchanged. I will NEVER order again & I'll advise my daughter's club volleyball team to do the same... all over a $22 pair of shorts.
I usually do the purchasing, but since it's my husband's soccer team, he did the order. I now see he paid $21+ to order $50 in lightweight merchandise. The package came quickly by UPS but it was a small envelope weighing less than a pound. Unfortuantely I had to exchange one item so far (still waiting on one item) and what cost me <$3 to pay return ship on will cost me another $10+ to have replacement item sent out... and this was the cheapest mode of shipping the 8 oz. Envelope to me! Thank Godness they waived the restock fee of 20-50% since I was doing an exchange. Think I'd better watch my credit card history to be sure I get refunded :( ONLY good points, Items rec'd thus far are nice and the customer return rep. Was very polite and professional. Most expensive soccer purchases ever, but finding little kids sizes locally is almost impossible-so they got me. Won't order again-pay more through another business and likely get free ship over $50!
Placed a last minute Christmas order on-line on Sunday, Dec 20,2015 at 8:30pm. I understood that I would not receive by Christmas and order confirmed that with ground delivery fee of $9.80, the expected date would be Dec. 28. Amazingly, Tuesday, Dec. 22@ 4:30pm, my order was delivered to my front door! It was exactly the item that I had ordered (Adidas AdiZero Varner wrestling shoes in black) and the quality was above my expections. BRAVO, EPIC SPORTS! You have earn my loyal business!
When u pay extra for overnight shipment. That does not mean u get it the next day according to them. U get it the day after they get it from there venders so don't waste your money

They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again!
