Other than being very wrinkled the jacket is great. Was lookin for an "Old School Car Club" jacket and this fit the bill after I got it embroidered.

I have been a customer for a couple of year and purchased from their website a few times. Their return policy is horrible and do not try to accommodate or work with customers on problems. They charge you a 10-20% restocking fee and make you pay for shipping the items back, granted the items are not what you ordered due to wrong color or whatever the reason may be. They will only give you a credit if you purchase something else first. I was told by the representative that it is a general company policy and it does not matter if you bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from them. They will not give you any refund and make it a hassle to return anything. In other words, you bought it, you keep it. It is an awful feeling to know that you bought their junk and you are the sucker because there is nothing you can do about it. I am no longer a customer and hope they don't stay in business by operating this way.
This is the best store to shop for atheletic gear for my 4 daughters regardless of their sport! The prices and quality of their products is unbelievable. Fast service and great customer support is a big plus. Shop this store!
Be aware that the company will advertise availability of items then call with an excuse why some are not available and double charge for shipping. Terrible customer service. Our team will never use Epic Sports again and we are happy to provide proof and order numbers if asked.
Ordered a size 10 youth for my 8th grader. They sent a size 10 toddler. I was told its my fault and would have to pay for return shipping and a 30 percent restocking fee. That would leave me with just a few bucks returned. Never again. I volunteer as a head soccer coach for 3 teams and would order twice a year. It seemed they don't care and I have to eat the cost. Ordered a few items on 3/6. Nothing was on back-order, or out of stock. I finally received my order on 3/19. The shipping is way too slow for me to wait each time. I'd be more understanding if the shipping cost was free or low, but Epic's shipping fees are way more expensive than most sites. Too much competition to be so slack in that area. I'll shop other sites from now on.
Recent and previous purchases have been for team shorts for our wrestling team. Product is reversible and is a great for covering up the team singlets between wrestling matches.

Service has always been good, website not clear (to me) on lead time and two weeks wasn't enough time to make it for a birthday present and I think shipping charges are a little high compared to some other places but prices are good
